As soon as I entered the showroom, I was greeted by Kate. Kate knew her products, understood what I was looking for, and showed me mattresses that suited. The transaction to buy went quickly and efficiently and I was able to receive the mattresses in the time frame that I needed (the next week). I was kept informed of the status of my order and the delivery was made to the back door as I requested. The men brought the mattresses inside, removed coverings, and placed them on the beds. Whole job took about 15 minutes. They were polite and friendly. The next time I am looking for mattresses, Mattress Firm will be my first visit.

Ordered a queen mattress and wanted it delivered... turns out they ordered the wrong bed. I didn’t realize it was incorrect on the receipt and the full size was delivered instead. We called, and they are replacing it free of charge! Kate, the sales associate, was amazing while I was trying to find a good mattress and she didn’t push me towards anything!

I first went to Mattress Firm on Liberia ave in Manassas Park and spoke with Lori. She was a pleasure to work with and exercised patience with me as I tried out each mattress in the store. She was attentive and knowledgeable about each bed and paid attention to what I needed in a bed. I know that buying a bed these days are an investment so I wanted to make sure that I choose the right bed for me. Lori was an expert in this area and she never rushed me to make a decision even as other customers entered the store as she was the only associate working at the time. When I went back to purchase the bed, Blair another associate at Mattress Firm helped me choose a bed that would arrive sooner than my original choice. He also demonstrated patience, knowledge about each mattress as well. Omg! My mattress experience have been going on since Father’s Day 2020; I initially placed a order online which I will never do again & then I received my Mattress and it was too Hard so I requested a upgrade, upon receiving the upgrade the mattress was damaged so I had to exchange that out so I had been trying to adjust to the exchange since early July and it just wasn’t working for me so I elected to stop in to mattress firm on Liberia ave a week ago Friday and disgust my issues with a sales rep name Kati, she in turn said she was going to reach out to her district manager & see what they could do for me, so Kati was off until the following Wednesday and I decided to give her a call on this past Friday so she told me they could help me I went in & due to the sale it was crazy so I decided to return on Saturday. Kati went over and above the call of duty to assist me in resolving this issue, I have gotten a upgrade that I’m highly satisfied with and the entire transaction was done in a timely manner. Kati offered excellent customer assistance and if I ever have to but another mattress I will definitely be giving her a call. I am so happy and satisfied I can scream.. We went into the store not knowing what we wanted; we just knew we wanted a better mattress than what we currently had. My wife and I spoke to Sean (apparently he works in Gainesville location) and he made us feel comfortable with the choice we made. Very knowledgeable and compared multiple mattresses so that we could make our final choice. Please bring him to Manassas! We would definitely buy two more mattresses from him.

Did not know they were here but had a surprise over how much information was given to buy a bed. It is not like years ago when you just went and picked one up. Love the No Credit Neededoffer and free gift if approved. I had a Beautyrest last time and now I have a brand new one too. It is the service, ease of sale, and history of good people here that sold me in Manassas.

Ive been due for a major bed upgrade for some time. Ive used a twin memory bed for as long as I can remember. I did a lot research and window shopping at various mattress stores. Some are way overpriced and I know the employees try to make big sales by pushing deals but this was different. Jim at Mattress firm was very professional and patient. I came to this location for almost a month and a half. I laid on beds and told him I wasnt going buy anything but to check the mattresses out. I think its ridiculous paying more than $500 for a bed. Well, it was time to consider something over my price to invest in my sleep and health overall. Jim answered all my questions and hypothetical scenarios. I know purple is expensive but its a whole new breed of sleep comfort. Purple really had to invest in a machine to produce big size of their purple material. I could of purchase online but Jim earned my business and trust by providing options to pay off my mattress and power base. I was hesitant in making this purchase in the end but I did remember Mattress firm adds another 20 days to Purples 100 day sleep trial. I can return it but there are some fees estimated to $100+ and more but he was straight forward on the return fees and what to expect. In the end, I decided to buy my purple and take the offer from Jim at Mattress firm and see how this will be. I been shopping for a new bed for over a year, it was time. If you still feel this isnt enough to invest in a pricey bed theres a return policy and read up on it and decided from there. Im ecstatic and eager to start investing in my sleep, because you spend most your time resting and relaxing at home. Why not your health overall?

Had a great experiance getting a bed here. I was in and out within 30-35 minutes with two king sized mattress that feel amazing. One for my girlfriend and I and one for my cousin. The manager Craig helped us with giving us twine to secure the mattresses from falling out of my truck and we made it home with no issues. Highly reccomend.

So, as always, I am a bit apprehensive to any salesmen. Going there I thought that I was only going to take a look. Vincent Carter, a manager of another store in Woodbridge who fills in at that store on Thursdays approached us. He was kind and started to show me my options. Since, I was apprehensive to answer any questions it certainly made his job harder. Once, I understood that some of the questions he asked was going to help me find a bed I began to answer. Slowly, but surely we found a few good beds that fit my preferences and price range. Once we located those he gave me a deal on the bed I liked most. Ill be taking delivery of my bed in a few short days. Anyone who goes to this store--make sure to go see him when he is working or at his store in Woodbridge.

The pricing doesnt seem too bad but I was turned off when I asked the salesperson for a business card and he told me that employees of Sleepys dont get cards. I like to think about things, and I like building relationships with the people I spend money with. Not going to happen at Sleepys.

This store manager at this location made purchasing a bed a nightmare. It took two days to purchase a bed that we paid cash for, over 5,000.00. His excuses where my computer is slow, not sure how to post a cashiers check. Oh, my family sold 1st Virginia Bank to BB&T, I think he said that because the cashiers check was from BBT. Delivery date changed twice in two days, People will probably wonder why we didnt just walk out. Well, Matress Firms prices are good, we did do our homework. Please retrain your employees Matress Firm.

The local number has an area code outside of my state (276), I cannot get in contact with the store to find out where my mattress delivery is; yet, my next door neighbor is getting a mattress delivered. Coincidence?
