First timer. Like all Barnes and nobles store, this one was so peaceful and good . They also had a starbucks inside to make things better . Loved the coffee in starbucks. Nice and peaceful to read a book with a sip of coffee. Quick service and payout. As always they have offers but very less customers, who read books in this generation :) thumbs up 👍

Interior is nice and clean. Their book collections are comparable to other Barn Noble. However, the restrooms are VERY DIRTY.

Great service by Elena. We added the membership, she explained it well. Huge store, lots of book selections. Bought some gifts. There is a coffee shop inside as well. Tween found some harder to books and gifts (aname and pokemon card set). Huge amount of academic learning books, expanded. They do have some behind counter reference books, so ask if you cant find something.

The best damn coffee you will ever have in a chain bookstore in Manassas. The Cafe is nice sized with tile floors. Tables and chairs make it comfortable. We ordered the fresh cheesecake and some Starbucks coffee. Wow cant believe they had this in a bookstore. I asked for my upside down pumpkin spice macciatto to be not spicy (white girl level spice) and they nailed it.

I rate it a 5 out of 5 stars because it is a really friendly environment. The staffs are welcoming and friendly. They have large selections if books. I recommend.

Ive been to many Barnes and Nobles and live 2 minutes from one in Tysons. This one for some odd reason just has so much stuff and is so organized. I love shopping the specials. They usually always have something new and the people there are very nice.

No cons. Very clean. Quiet. Extremely helpful staff. I dont even have to ask for help. They see me looking for something and are never too busy to ask if I need help. The wait to check out is never long either.

Lately, most popular books are not in stock. You have to order them thru the Desk and await for them to be delivered to the store. This has been recently an almost 2 week process for some reason even though the Store Clerk will tell you that the book will be at the Store in 2 to 4 days.

Very helpful staff, excellent selection! Picked up the last book in the Dark Tower series by Stephen King, as well as a few board/card games to play with the family. Will be returning!

Hello so ive been coming to this location for many years now and I like this location you Know, it peaceful place to study,I come in peace but like lately I feel like im Being looked at wrong or being Castigated about something and I dont come here for trouble just trying to finish up my GED and thats why I come Everyday after work and I just shouldnt have to feel like that you Know.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean storefront. I will say that the bathrooms could use a very deep cleaning... clean toilets but man the floors and walls have seen better days! Hopefully this location lasts since a lot of B&Ns are struggling, as are businesses at large right now.

Beyond the sincerity of the staff, which I regard as paramount to the success of my local store, this is one of the last bastions of brick & mortar retail, let alone book-sellers, and I only wish I had more time to devote to exploring their stock. They are also the last of the offline retailers to sell Criterion Collection hard-copies. While Im no fogie I consider what the great Stan Lee said about digital vs. analog, and agree that the appreciation available to tangible media can outweigh the convenience of the electronic counterpart. Long story short, I shop here as often as I can.

Am I the only one that misses the experience of going to a bookstore and browsing for hours? Theres nothing like the feel of a book in your hand and the smell of fresh pressed print. I digress...I love coming to this bookstore, its quiet, has an assortment of titles and very helpful, friendly staff. Also love the store in the back that stocks a wide range of novelty items and games related to your favourite books, TV shows, movies etc. Any one with a Harry Potter fan in their life will find lots of cute gift items here. Chocolate frogs, chocolate wands, wands for the characters, even a remote control Harry Potter wand, love it! Great place to wander around and discover new items and books.

I love Barnes and Noble. I enjoy the wide range of books. They have every kind of book you could want. The lovely journals, cards, games and gift items enrich the shopping pleasure. The partnership with Starbucks is a great idea. You can get off your feet after shopping, have a coffee and delicious pastry and start reading. I have owned a Nook reader/tablet for years and use it constantly.

I went in looking for books on and about hockey. The sport section in total was maybe 20 feet . Very poor selections on any sport.

I love this place. I come here often and the employees are nice (except for a few) and it just makes me really happy cause I’m surrounded by books. If you’ve never been then I would recommend because they also lowkey have Japanese or Korean items in the back of the store and they have stationary as well in the front. The Starbucks is also a plus cause you can just read and drink your coffee!

Knowledge is power. Books allow you to travel the world, be world class athlete and award winning chef. To hold a book in your hands and turn the pages is excitement itself. They host book signing, kids reading time and other stuff too.

Barnes & Noble of course has a chain outfit and they carry Starbucks and serve the coffee as well. I only stopped in for a $3 small size chocolate chip cookie called the monster. Thought it was tasty and delicious it was far overvalued in terms of price. But this is in keeping with the issue of quality and the status of purchasing a Starbucks product.

I wasn’t a huge fan of this Barnes and Noble. They didn’t have comfy chairs to sit in, so it isn’t the type of place you can hang out at. It’s pretty small and I found the music to be a bit loud. It’s a come in and out get what you need kind of a place. Their are other competitors who’s stores are more welcoming and make you want to stay.

My go-to for Manga and Books. Sometimes doesnt have books in store when it says they have it in store online. Still pretty epic.

Never coming back. Used the toilet once and left my glasses on top of the toilet paper roll area. As I left the bathroom. Some fat guy rushed and used it right away. My glasses were missing. Barnes & Nobles did nothing. I asked for the manager. She did nothing. I asked for CTV footage - she said I am not allowed to access it. I asked solve who stole my glasses. No response. There goes a good pair of glasses in the trash then. Not so Noble of Barnes & Noble.I choose Amazon.

Best book store around

I was there yesterday and i got a 2 magazines and 1 book which i had a coupon for 15%off one book and i had a question so i ask the lady at the cash register and she said you should be able to use that coupon for a better discount and she went out of the way to help us try to find my Barnes And Noble rewards card # so we can call the place to issues them. but she said since its has been 2 years its no longer in the system and she said that she can issue a new account . she was very helpful

Good books, good coffee, friendly staff, and convenient location. Its a shame to think bookstores are going the way of the dodo bird, but its life. Check em out. This whole little strip mall has good stuff happening. Very friendly staff and kudos. Very well organized

Great place, good findings

Most stores at the moment dont have a great variety of products like they did before Covid. They didnt have the books I was looking for but they do have a fabulous selection of educational toys and collectables.

Besides of the social distancing. The store is back in business and working along with customers to do your shopping in a safely way.

I like books you can hold in your hand. I dont know why they dont make chips that plug into the side of your cell phone and sell them at book stores. Book stores are a nice place to go to get out of the house on cold days.

It’s amazing there is still one in business; the music playing too loudly makes it hard to think in there though or to read. The selection favors some genres more than others—they require a paid membership for most discounts so if you’re a loyal customer or really just want to have a book in your hands immediately I would recommend it. Prices are not too unreasonable for some items and way overpriced for some- it really depends on what you get.

People here are especially friendly and helpful in what you might like to eat or drink, and what books you might want. Plenty of seating, though it was busy, there were plenty of seats. Atmosphere lovely, retired and children alike. Our family had a wonderful time reading and visiting with others there while relaxing with tasty drinks and dessert. There was a sale on cheesecake this particular day in celebration of the upcoming Valentines day.

I find this an amazing place to find what ever book you want. You are able to sit and read on the Starbucks that is inside the store. The service is great, and the staff is really friendly.👍🏼

Call me old fashioned, but I love going to the book store. B&N has just about everything youd ever look for and a whole lot more. Theres also a Starbucks, plenty of reading nooks, magazines, calendars and planners, and a small gift section with candles and fancy pens and such. The customer service has been excellent so far as well.

Good selection

This Barnes and Noble location is the one I frequent most often, mainly because its close to home. Even so, Ive always had a good time here. Their selection is a something that changes a few times. For families, I recommend coming by during the summer for events that the kids are sure to enjoy, schedules are often available online.

Always a good place to come and read your books. It is quite and comfortable. The customer service was good when I got 2 new books. The prices are a little higher than amazon is you want to get a book basing your decision on price go online but this is a place to have a good experience reading and getting some coffee. Recommend to those looking for a place to read outside of your regular place

I love book stores. I admit I miss the local bookstore but books are books and sometimes life forces a compromise Amazon may sell books but Amazon will never have the ambiance and panache a good bookstore can carry.

As always, Barnes & Noble provides a peaceful place to browse bookshelves, think quiet thoughts and relax. I also enjoy sitting in the cafe and reading, especially when Im in the mood for one of their Cheesecake Factory cheesecake slices.I do need to offer one small caveat, however . If you are the type to bring laptop to the cafe, be aware that it offers only a couple of outlets you can use for charging. Otherwise, youll love the whole setup.

This is one of our favorite Barnes & Nobles weve been to. Its got a great assortment of music, books, and toys. Its also very neat and clean with a nice staff.

I dont come very often because McKays down the street is so much cheaper but sometimes I need more recent reads. Not to mention all the fun extra stuff I end up finding so I spend so much more then I planned. But I always find what I need and the staff is so friendly!

I was surprised when the gentleman asked if I needed help, led me to the dictionary section, and then recommended other purchase options. Young lady at the cafe was super patience with an elderly woman who was taken consuming their attention. They even assisted the elderly woman to her car.

It’s a Barnes & Noble. Nothing fantastic, but some choice records available I wouldn’t have expected. Lack of much of a non fiction section kinda sucked - wanted to look for some Economics books friend had recommended but none available. But hey, two good records from a bookstore is a solid haul.

Fantastic place, staff is super helpful and nice and the selection is huge. Also love that its pet friendly to well behaved quiet dogs. If they bark once or make a mess theyre out. Also, they cant go to the cafe area.

The B&N bookclub is fun. The manager and staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! The coffee shop is nice place to read and relax. The store has lots of gift options, too.

This is a great Barnes & Noble. Clean, well stocked, helpful staff. Its never too crowded and the kids section is excellent. Like many locations, they have a Thomas the Tank Engine train table, which keeps the little ones occupied while you can ponder over your book selection. Starbucks inside, never had to wait very long for my drink.

I love how helpful the service desk was when I was trying to get books for my children. They had great selections and recommendations. The environment was calm and relaxing.

Fun and friendly staff. Needed a change to the typical starbs crowd and this place was perfect to do some work on my laptop. And when I needed a break had a little stroll around to build my TBR pile.

One of the few bookstores left in the area. Always friendly, helpful staff. Was attempting to find a back-issue of Jewish Mercenary Monthly (a somewhat obscure title), and although they could not find me this particular periodical, they tried, and were very helpful with finding me some references on psychiatry. Always love coming here.
