If you order online, they make you accept a condition where it says: “they may replace your book with a new one if the used one is not in stock”Be careful because they end up charging you for a new one when you ordered a used rental copy.I ordered how I usually order things online. I see the price, add to cart, and finish purchasing.Please be careful. They won’t do refunds if you pick it up and notice it after!
