The bookstore was good but the lady supervisor who I was asked to go talk to her and explain had explained to me but was very rude and when I went to get further explanation she kept being rude and I wasn’t even able to understand what to do. I hope someone gonna do something about this because this is not the way to treat your students. I definitely don’t recommend people going to that campus and especially the bookstore.

Terrible customer service, there was a lady working there today, I went there to rent a book. When I went there, and asked her about rentingbook. She told me to rent online. I asked her. If i rent it right now, how long is it going to take to process it. She told me, 5 to 10 minutes. And then, when I rent it online, and went to her after 20 minutes, she told me, it might take one hour or so. I was waiting one hour there and then i went to her. Then, she is like, I dont know, when its going to be ready. It might get ready tomorrow or end of the day today.This is very unprofessional and senseless customer service, why would you make me wait 20 minutes and then 1 hour, if you dont know when it will be ready.

I work here, we keep it in top condition all the time.

Covid is a mess, I didn’t realize you couldn’t pick up orders same day, I drove an hour and a half to get here only to find that it takes 24-48 hours to process an order, everyone in the bookstore was fabulous about it though, I was such a Karen to them and they still bent over backwards to help me correct my order so I’d have my materials in time for my class, absolutely wonderful people ❤️❤️❤️

Sent me the wrong access code, practically stalled me from getting another one for a month. really unprofessional and super unhelpful, especially Jessica.

Theres an older woman who works at this bookstore who needs to get fired. Worst customer service Ive ever received. I went to return a book, but it remained on my account because the person who rang me up made a mistake. I spoke to this woman, who I believe is the manager, and she slammed the books down and scolded me- she shouldve been apologizing!This isnt even the first time. Something needs to be done if Im talking to other students about this and they know exactly what Im talking about- shes incredibly rude.Once I even went to rent a book and she slammed what she was doing on the counter again (which Im pretty sure she needs to stop doing) and said, we have to do a recount because theres an issue with your tuition so next time do us a favor and just let us know beforehand. Its just a pain for me to have to go through the system again. Very unprofessional. First of all, thats her job and second of all, there was no way for me to know about this ahead of time.Its a shame such a wonderful school has to be ruined by such a horrible reputation for customer service, especially when all the other employees appear so nice and hardworking. I have nothing against them or this bookstore, but this was honestly bad customer service.Every time I see her shes either slamming books, raising her voice at customers in line to move to the side or snapping at them. Have never seen her smile, which is odd since were the customers.

Its a bookstore...on campus. Overpriced, as all college bookstores are, but they have a good supply of books in good quality!

Rude old lady at the Manassas Bookstore. I hate even being there because of her. She gives you so much attitude and if anyone one knows how to report her please let me know.

There is space where u can study on ur own and u can go where is emptyonly thing I hate is there is limited amount like 4 or 5 room

The lady at the bookstore is extremely rude, she freaking doesn’t know how to talk to their customers. They charged me twice for a packet of gloves and then when I reached them, I was told to contact my bank. Like really why would I have to call the bank when u guys made a mistake on your behave. Shame
