The best store everything is gorgeous and very pleasant service

I live Germantown Maryland. It was a 1 hour and 30 min drive just to get here. It was closed and I called asking them if they were going to be there and they said yes. But when I got there it was closed and they didn’t even leave a sign saying they closed early. What made me mad was that they said they were going to be there and when I got there they were never there. That is very unprofessional and it made me question if this place is even worth getting my stuff there.

Dont waste your time here.

The store is never open on time and they close whenever they please not abiding by their business. And they do not provide orders at the time they stated the orders would be ready. It’s a very unprofessional establishment and would not recommend anyone to utilize them.

I stopped into this business early on Saturday to inquire about purchasing a ball gown. I was highly dissappointed with the customer service. Not sure if it was the store owner or employee. At the time I went in there were NO customers just me.She seemed more interested with the contents of her purse than to engage me. When I told her I liked a dress I saw on a poster on the store wall (which was a 2017 advertised dress) she didnt bother leaving her counter to see what I was referring to and said it was discontinued without even checking and unaware I had already googled it so it was not discontinued.Needless to say she handed me three catalogs without discussing my style or look desired. Ultimately very rude and unwilling to provide minimally decent customer service.Would definitely not recommend this place.

Just bougth a dress for my daughter $100 and the dress look cheap . online i found at $63 . bad experience.
