What a fun place! You can pick your own stems and the designer will package them up for you. They have a great variety of healthy flowers to choose from, with lots of different colors and shapes. I thought what I picked was pretty nice, but what a huge change when Sofia put greenery behind them, interlaced them with baby’s breath and really took care arranging them. She did a great job and I appreciate it. A joyful experience that I enjoyed.

I went to The Flower Gallery for a wedding consultation with Stephanie. After meeting and speaking to over 6 different vendors, I found Stephanie at The Flower Gallery to be a breath of fresh air. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the arrangements and looked for alternatives to flowers within my budget. She went above and beyond my expectations when I asked her for a trial on the spot (had an arrangement ready to show as a sample within 10 minutes). This place used to be great. I could give them a 100 and tell them to make something special and my wife was always blown away. I recommend them to everyone. Last time, the matter of fact salesperson got hung up on how many of what and I ended up with a few roses and a few tulips (the flowers werent even that great this time, two tulips never even opened) and some babys breath. I could have gotten a better bouque from Giant for twenty bucks. I have deleted their number from my phone and I no longer recommend them. The personal touch and friendly sales experience is long gone.

So disappointed 😞 for today on Mothers Day. They couldnt find my order and I waited for an hour. They ended up re-creating my arrangements, but looked nothing like I expected. We tried to order flowers for our nieces birthday, to be delivered by a FTD florist in Tennessee, as Flower Gallery is a subscriber to the FTD system. As it turned out, the FTD florist in our nieces town went out of business, during covid. Flower gallery supplied the name and numbers of 3 independent florists in her town.

My husband and I eloped in October 2018. We came into the Flower Gallery on a whim, a few days before the wedding date. I was fully anticipating making my own bouquet at home but Doug had us completely at ease with his amazing customer service! As I fumbled my way into describing what kind of bouquet I wanted, he pulled flowers left and right and whipped an arrangement up in record time with exactly what I was picturing! He even was able to pull together a boutonniere for my husband. The price was insanely affordable and couldnt be beat! ($25 bouquet and $5 boutonniere?!?!). Good customer service, relaxed atmosphere, and quality merchandise goes a long way. I will definitely be a returning customer to The Flower Gallery for all my flower needs in the future.

So disappointed in their customer service: My husband ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for me for Valentines Day. It was never delivered. He called Friday evening, and he was told the flowers would be delivered no later than the next morning. We were told by a lady who answered the phone at the store that businesses and schools are their first priority for deliveries.So, on Saturday, I anxiously waited all morning for the flowers. They never came. My husband called the store after noon: he was told that MAYBE we will get the flowers within the hour. MAYBE. Really? That’s the best estimate they could give us? We canceled the order because we could no longer wait at home for the delivery, especially when we were told that we would get them earlier that morning.In my 10-plus years of shopping at this florist, this is how they treat their loyal customers, especially on a holiday like Valentine’s Day when it’s the florists’ greatest opportunity to shine.Plus, the same lady who answered the phone on Friday and Saturday could have been nicer and not argumentative. It just made the experience a lot more unpleasant. Seeing the owner on Sunday to inquire about getting a refund for the bouquet was even more unpleasant: he said he didn’t care what we say or do if we post a bad review about them. Shows how much he cares about his longtime customers.Nobody in a management position, no matter how upset one is, should act like that. Instead take responsibility for what happened. Or better yet don’t have your staff tell a client that their package will be there by a certain time and not have it arrive by then. Or have the delivery person call the client to let them know they are on their way and apologize for being late.Here’s some advice: train your staff especially the rude lady who answers the phone how good customer service sounds. I had heard through friends and school coworkers that this isn’t the first time she’s acted unprofessionally to your clients. Second if you want to keep your clients, go above and beyond to make them happy if a mistake happens. Maybe then your clients would stick with you through the good and bad “hiccups.”

I side-stepped from 1-800 flowers to become more pro-local businesses. I guess they are alright rounding up between pricing and final product. The two side-by-side comparison of what was delivered vs. how it looked like in the website has more speaking power than anything I can write here. I know not two flowers are the same and you cant expect exactly the same arrangement every time since flower availability is an issue. If I was forced to criticize, Id say they could use a bit less fern and maybe a bit more flowers but hey! I am not a florist.In summary Id give them a -B in arrangement detail, probably a solid B in price, but totally an A++ in delivery because they delivered exactly the day they promised and that was a critical point for me. Thank you guys for making a lady in Manassas very, very happy!

Interesting place. I didnt like the pink roses, but the yellow roses were beautiful. The owners were very accommodating. I recommend this lovely place for cards, flowers, and anything else you can imagine.

Great customer service! After receiving the flower arrangement I ordered I was a bit disappointed, it just didnt look like the picture. So I called the store and Toni took my call, expressed her concern that I was unhappy and immediately asked if I would like for them to try again the very same day. We even realized the day before our wedding that we had forgotten to add a corsage and they made another for us right away. Recently went to the Flower Gallery to have an arrangement delivered to a friend in the hospital in Cleveland. Series of errors resulted in my friend not receiving the arrangement. The staff at Flower Gallery graciously agreed to send an additional arrangement to their home at no charge. They called back and said no shop would deliver to the rural area they lived in. Bottom line is they reversed the charges on my credit card. Pleasure to work with them and I will go back.

Did not deliver my order. I got 6 carnations and babies breath. It was supposed to be 12 carnations and 12 roses. F@#king charged me 80.00 dollars for 1/3 of the order. They are associated with Wesley berry flowers. Dont let these people rip you off!

The staff is caring and always helpful, the owner, Doug is always willing to help with floral decisions. More than just flowers, I find it a great place for unique gifts!

Not impressed. I paid $100 dollars for this arrangement. I will not use these guys again and recommend that you chose someone else. No babies breath, no extras to spice up the bouquet. Very disappointed.They may be fine if you live in the area, but if youre ordering online, they take advantage of the fact that you wont actually see them. I saw nicer arrangements at my local grocery store for $35.
