Monday, August 30th at about 6:20 a.m. a blonde headed lady behind the register was extremely rude to me. There are two registers, one for normal items and one for cigarettes and tobacco only. The only register open was the one for normal items and not tobacco. The blonde was acting strange, wobbling and had pinpoint pupils. I was FORCED to go behind the counter and grab the tobacco at the other counter because she was unable to. She screamed at me while ringing me up and mumbled incoherently. Drool ran down the side of her mouth. I was actually horrified. I usually have great experiences with this Wawa but, not with her. I will not be going back.

Everyone is always nice, even when we go late at night for our food hankerings.

I was there at this Wawa in Bristow on Nokesville road. I have never written a google review even for outstanding service. Every time I go in it is clean, the staff is always friendly and seems to be in a good mood that always uplifts me. The sheets is closer to my house and I refuse to go there even if Wawa were to cost a little bit more (Which it doesn’t) because it’s worth it. John the Manager was what really set me over the top to write this review. The man was busy making food, answering the phone, and attending to everyone’s needs in a timely manner and genuinely cared. I don’t know what they are paying the people there but they need a raise or a bonus or something extra because they are just a wonderful tea, truly second to none. You will not regret driving a little bit out of your way to come here. Anyone who doesn’t give this place five stars off the bat is crazy.

Missing a bunch of ingredients in half the food we ordered :-( Chipotle Turkey Melt was only a slab of cheese and lunch meat... Are they rationing for Corona? Stars because cashier was nice though.

Awesome staff, friendly and courteous. Give free coffee to first responders and military. Right on Wawa, appreciate the kindness. Good food, nice to be able to order from the kiosk and make your own sandwich. Cant go wrong with that. Get food, gas, coffee and ice cream.

I love this store. Great customer service. I’ve had a pleasant experience each time I come in and I come in ALOT! The manager Adam is very friendly and has kept the store on its toes. Sandwiches are also delicious, I really like when the one guy makes them (can’t remember his name) but I always see him in the mornings tall skinny blonde white guy. Get him to make your sandwiches lol. Good job guys!!

Very nice convenience store. I especially enjoy the in-store experience. The only negative about the location is access from 28, headed towards Nokesville. However, that is not a factor and will not reduce that amount of stars I am giving.

A great place to refuel the car and replenish the energy of your body. It doesn’t matter what time of day you are hungry, there is always a great coffee of your choice and many other goodies

This place has raised my standard for gas stations. Very clean restrooms. Good snack selection. Hot food. Plenty of gas pumps. Very easy to access

The place is very clean. The food is good for a gas station. They have a huge variety of food. The gas is a bit more than other competing gas stations but I usually go here for a quick sub of my craving.

I approached the register, hands were shaky. A tall beverage, 24oz of hot coffee, delicious, and it would ease my shakes. A tastycakes snack for a sugar high, potato chips for a salt-fix, large water, cold cheese stick. Cheddar. Paid for everything, was asked about a bag, said sure. Get to the car and leave the parking lot. No cheese stick. My cheddar was gone.

Who cares how nice people are if they cant make a sandwich. You should be able to eat a sandwich with your hands, not a fork! Luckily Sheetz is now open down the road.

As a loyal wawa fan and customer, My stars may appear bias (oops, they are!) but this review is to honor “ Michelle” who willingly jumped start my car on October 13th. After getting my coffee, my car wouldn’t start. Thank you wawa for creating a culture that Im obsessed with and thank you for hiring kind, hardworking people like Michelle who go above and beyond customer service.

I eat breakfast here religiously lol.Not very many places can compare for quality of foof to price ratio.The beef burrito with avocado,spinach,salsa,cheese is awesome. The beef hoagie for dinner is great as well.Stop in big selection of ready to go food if your in a rush or touchscreen order food made then .

If you prefer Sheetz down the road over this WaWa you need to have your head examined. Only thing Sheetz coffee is good for is cleansing out your colon.

I have been to this wawa many many times and Ive enjoyed each experience the employees are great. Today on June 12 around 6pm a man who was about to leave it looked like helped me with an issue I had but I didnt get his name, and also one night I asked for HOT PEPPERS NOT JALAPEÑOS (yes theres a big difference) on my hogie and a man put jalapeños on mine instead and that wouldve been very bad if I didnt notice, bad reaction from my body. I called and I believe her name was Kathleen or something of the sort said my next hoagie shed buy on her and that shes sorry for the inconvenience and wants her customers happy. Although I never went to retrieve this hoagie, Im more of a wawa coffee person, I still appriciate her gesture. Ive only had problems with the one Spanish man in the deli but the rest of the employees are outstanding :)
