I had received a quote from 50Floor before coming to Carpet Royale. Alex at Carpet Royale gave me a quote for the same job for about 50% of what the other quote had been. I was replacing some berber carpet in two rooms- one with regular carpet and the other with some luxury vinyl tiles/planks, and replacing the carpet on the stairs with new carpet. I had the new floors installed within a week. They look and feel great. I didnt even know my stairs had any nosing until they put in the new carpet, really makes the stairs look a lot nicer.

The selection is decent. A lot of styles and colors are in their showroom. I wish more than just swatches were readily available in order to get a better picture of what it might look like in a home.

I selected my vinyl for the kitchen floor from here. They have a nice selection and the price as well as the installation was great. The installers came out on time and did a wonderful job installing my new kitchen floor. I love it. Alex was wonderful to work with.

A friend referred me to Carpet Royale. He said Alex is great to work with and the work is impeccable. After having new wood floors installed on the entire first floor, stairs sanded and stained, and new carpet put in the family room and all the bedrooms, I completely agree and could not be happier. My experience was amazing and the craftsmanship was top of the line. I highly recommend Alex and his staff!

We have had Carpet Royal complete a couple of jobs in two different homes over the years. The most recent job was the purchase and installation of luxury vinyl plank flooring in the basement of a home we just bought. About 3 months after the install, we had a major water event in which water came in from the outside and pooled on our brand new flooring—up to 1.5” in a couple of spots. We cleaned it up and thought we would be ok, but a few weeks later we started to see seams popping between planks. We called Alex and explained what happened. He came out to take a look. Within a couple of days, he got in touch with us and offered to remove and replace the damaged boards at no cost. We were very grateful, and TBH a little surprised considering that the reason for the damage was not Carpet Royale’s fault. Having just bought a new house, we are so thankful for Carpet Royale’s professionalism and customer care. The next time we need flooring or carpet, we will definitely head back over to see Alex.

Purchased hardwood floors from this company in April 2018. The floors were never left in our home for a few days to be acclimated. They were installed the same day as delivery. The owner/salesman, never asked if we had a crawl space nor was the crawl space or sub-flooring checked for humidity levels. We are not floor professionals this is why we hired a floor professional, to install the floors properly or to tell us if hardwoods were the right product for our house. The floors started splitting about 9 mos. later so the owner/salesman hired an inspector. The inspector said the humidity in crawl space was too high. Please note we had hardwoods in our house previously for 29 years and those floors never split or had any issues. Our crawl space never had any issues as well. After a few months of going back and forth, the owner/salesman finally agreed to put in new floors but would only guarantee vinyl laminate. So technically we paid for hardwood floors and received vinyl. The owner/salesman never offered or gave us any money back to make up for the difference of amount paid for hardwoods. He said that hardwoods cost less than vinyl and that we should be complaining to the house builder. My husband and I feel like we should have some money reimbursed to compensate the difference of hardwoods and vinyl along with the aggravation of having to empty the house again. We feel like we were taken advantage of because we needed a new floor so we had to have Carpet Royale & Rug replace them or pay more money to hire someone else so we were not dealt with fairly. I would definitely not ever recommend this company to any consumer or realtor.Add a commentI want to take it back

These guys are great! I went into the store on Saturday & they came out on Monday to install the vinyl floor & then they came back on Friday to install the carpet. Everything looks great! They cleaned up with no mess when they left. They where on time & worked very hard, no slackers here, I highly recommend them.

There is nothing different that these guys could have done to make us happier. I am a contractor and happened to be working on my moms house due to some water damage and from the phone call, to addressing what kind of carpeting we were looking for, to follow up, price, dependability, and installation, we couldnt have been more pleased. They always showed me what was in stock, provided a reasonable quote, and installed on time with no issues.When they didnt have enough of one product to do a whole house, they offered a solution by doing the downstairs in a slightly different carpet, for the same price.Very pleased with their work and their customer service.

Ive used Carpet Royale twice in the past 8 years for two of my homes. Here is what you can expect: Honest recommendations, high quality products, and a professional installation. They come in, tear out the old, put in the new and clean up like they were never there. I also had a huge wall unit that needed to be disassembled in several pieces, moved, and then put back together after the job, and they took such care to make sure nothing was damaged in the process. I have been in the area a long time and only trust these guys to do flooring jobs in my home, they do not disappoint!

I just had carpet in my basement installed on Friday and had a five star experience from the beginning thru to the end. The showroom has a large variety of products to choose from and Alex is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and passionate about all of it! Everyone shows up when they say they will and they do a quick and professional job.

I had a very last minute request to install new carpet in a house i bought before the movers arrive. Not only did they find me a great price on medium quality carpet, they installed it in about an hour with only 1 days notice! Other competetitors were weeks out with appointments and double the price for the same quality. I will definitely use them again when I complete my overall renovations. Highly recommend.

They put new wood flooring in our house and then refinished the existing flooring in two rooms to match. We were very pleased with the whole process. The crews showed up on time and worked efficiently. The refinishers repaired the water damage on the old floors and the new stain blends very well with the new flooring. We highly recommend this company.

I went to Carpet Royale on reference from two people I know. Their product (especially stock, which I wanted) was heads above the rest. I was actually able to get all the upgraded materials I wanted at a great price. I shopped for a while, but when I saw their stuff and price, I was sold. They really worked with me on it. The installation guys were also wonderful and professional. There were two small issues I found (normal) and called them. They immediately came out and fixed it and really took pride in their work. Thank you Carpet Royale!

I used this vendor for a quick job--carpet purchase, installation and resurfacing of my foyer hardwood flooring. The work was completed exceeding expectations! While the installer was there, I asked for a quote to fix a hole in some berber carpeting I had; I defy anyone to come find the spot where it was repaired--the cost was free. I will use these professionals the next time I have flooring needs. Competitive product pricing; competitive labor/installation costs. All around great experience with a superb company.

One star because I had to give it something. Notice on the CR website there are no specifics about customer satisfaction/or warranty of flooring. I had engineered wood flooring installed 05/2014. It has taken nearly a year to get this issues resolved. Im filing a small claims suit, BB compliant. Mr. Zia, CR registered agent, did not take me seriously. Good thing Ive kept my text messages where they consistently put me off...One example of addressing severe gaping between wood pieces was to use caulking...everywhere :) --Anyone can put down flooring quickly..that shouldnt be your focus if your wanting a long term investment. Just to make myself clear, Ive never worked for CR and have been more than patient with Mr. Zia and staff--maybe to patient. Go elsewhere..You do not need this hassle

I have worked with Carpet Royale for 12 years at two employers for retail stores, rental properties, offices and my own house. Alex, the owner, has always treated me honestly and when there has been a problem he has always taken care of it. He has had the same two installers (Pedro and Edwin) for all 12 years and they have always done a good job. Our most recent project was 4/30/14 - a suite of offices at my church - all connected thru doorways - everything looks great.No vendor or contractor is perfect but Ive had the good fortune of developing relationships with many good long-term outfits like Carpet Royale. And I get a little irritated with weenies who publicly trash their reputations.

Alex is an aggressive salesman who lies and does business unethically. Be wary when dealing with him and his shady tactics. He is out to rip you off.

The worst nightmire you could ever imagine to have. Dishonest merchant, a liar who ripped me off $400. Called to install carpet on Saturday. Merchant claimed that no desired carpet in stock, then he scheduled installation on next Tuesday. On Sunday, due to some circumstance, need to cancel the contract. It was less than 24 hrs. Then merchant claimed the carpet was already cut (initially he claimed out of stock) and demanded $400 for compensation. Asked the merchant to show the cut carpet, he could not show. Stay away from this guy at any cost.
