Nasser was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He was so helpful and knowledgeable of the products. He also didn’t try to steer me in the direction of spending unnecessary money for our needs. We had a complicated project that involved gym flooring and he worked with me to make it happen. The carpet and gym flooring turned out beautifully and we couldn’t be happier! He was always so responsive to texts as well. We will definitely use him for future needs.

Nasser, our sales representative, did a superb job in helping us pick out the most suitable floor for our basement build-out project. He was extremely knowledgeable of the various products and made excellent suggestions for our consideration. Since there was somewhat of a lag between his first visit and actual install date, he drove 70 miles to our home to again show us the type of flooring we had chosen and suggested the right orientation for the installation of the flooring. He worked very hard to schedule the floor installation within our own schedule which allowed us to use the space over the Thanksgiving holidays for our visiting company. Nasser followed up quickly after the installation to make sure we were satisfied with the product and workmanship of the installers.The installers were very professional in the prepping and laying the floor and did a great job in completing the project within one day. Prior to leaving they thoroughly cleaned up all the debris leftover from the installation. They were very courteous throughout the entire time they were here. Exceptional workers!We were extremely happy with our total experience from the price for the product to how the job was handled from initial visit to the follow-up after completion of the installation.
