Jeff provided solutions for my concerns and beautiful sample products for my color scheme and space. He was knowledgeable, extremely professional, and very detailed in his descriptions. I received invoices for estimates and receipts as soon as any transaction took place. It was a pleasure working with the staff as they all provided help anytime I had a question. Great company!!!

The best service I’ve ever had. Jeff Robinson took care of me as if we were best friends. Great price and great service. Best price I received and I got much higher quality rug. The workers came to my house and were so professional in the way they installed the wall to wall rug. Finished in no time. We are looking at doing our complete house with flooring. Initially we went online and requested a quote online. After a week and a half we ended up calling them because no one had contacted us from our online request. At that point we had someone come out within a couple hours. We were very interested at first with using this company based on what we discussed. Kevin B. said it would take 3-4 days to create a quote for us. It has been almost 3.5 weeks and no quote. I am not going to go out of my way to give this company business. If they truly wanted my business they would have provided a quote in a timely manner. Clearly they do not want the business which I feel is crazy considering it was a large job. Avoid them because they will just waste your time.

We are in the process of remodeling a few rooms in our home. In speaking with Cyndi, she advised on some good options as well as the expected timeline for service. The experience was informative. We will reach out to Cyndi again once our plans have been finalized. Thank you

We just had our carpet replaced in 4 bedrooms, a hallway and stairway and were very pleased with the experience . The salesperson Jeff was very knowledgeable and followed every step of the process to ensure we were completely happy with the job . The installer was very courteous and took precautions not to damage our hardwood flooring on the main level as they carried the materials in and out .

I am buying my house and i was told about this place so i called and the customer service lady cyndi she was very polite and very helpful so because of how respectful she was when my buying process is over i will be hiring sotheby flooring to do my floors great customer service

Jeff was a pleasure to work with. I shopped them against two other companies. Their price was the in the middle so I cant say great price. Better than one, but not the other. The carpet installers were done in a day, were very considerate, and did an amazing job. Great experience, would recommend.

I hate my floor! Just remodeled the whole first floor of my house and Sothebys did the hardwood flooring and stair tread installation. The salesman, Bruce was completely incompetent and was fired after the job was completed. There was an issue with the Mohawk wood, not looking anything like the sample. There wasnt supposed to be any variation with the maple grain, just blonde wood. After the install began and boxes were opened, we noticed significant variations (I mostly blame Mokawk for this). Once installed they had to make several trips to replace the darker boards. Ive come to accept the color of the wood, but the whole floor creaks and sounds like an old farmhouse, makes me want to cuss when I cross the floor.

Jay was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in the store. We had a few issues with install, but the owner (Jay) was very open to resolving all the issues and working with us to meet our needs.

I was looking for some carpet tiles and some boxes of base cove and I was told they could get it but he didn’t have time to f$&@ with my order at the time. He also said they are not a full blown retail store. Horrible customer service, I don’t understand how this people stay open.They were 3 people on their desk when I walked in, they all saw me but decided to ignore me until I asked for a sales rep, I was told “we do and we don’t have one. What do you need?”
