The shoes are good and they have a big selection, but that is not what you care about. When we came in a couple of weeks ago we immediately got greeted and asked if we had a shoe in mind. She pointed us in the right direction. Three stars because the service is rarely this good.

I always find the shoes Im looking for here, also theres this worker, I dont remember his name but i know it had op or ob anyways he was nice enough to show me a few shirts that matched with my 97s.

Not going to rate the quality of the store nor that of management. Going to comment on a small, yet significant thing I noticed that had a big impact on my experience. Kudos to Tamesha. The small act of actually walking around the checkout counter to hand me my exchange (did the same for the person before me) is a class act. Lovely singing voice. 😀. Nicely done and keep it up.

The staff did not even put in the effort to greet, assist or say goodbye when I came into this location. We received absolutely zero assistance!

Like always, crooked staff. I was literally trying on a shirt in the back right before 3 pm when they start the first come first serve. I literally saw the shoe box on the back. Employees looks at me in my eye tells me it just got sold... What a disgrace this community is never going to change with people working like that at the stores

Manager yells at the associates through her earpiece over not asking to buy socks or cleaner. Hello I already have socks and cleaner. Terrible attitude to say the least, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

You can get everything they sell and more a lot cheaper on Amazon.

Footlocker is one of my store and it is the best one

Some of the staff is good most are horrible, this mall has so many sneaker stores, this one claims they get the newest releases FIRST when I went shopping each store had the exact same selection this just had a $5 dollar upcharge
