Really nice staff. In particular, Emily is incredibly friendly. They always make sure Im doing okay and theyve also helped me quite a lot with my online orders and instore purchases. Theres another person there that is also very nice and friendly but I dont know their name. Overall, nice store, nice selection and very friendly and outgoing staff.

Jayden was very pleasant and helpful. He seemed like he enjoys his job. Hot Topic is lucky to have him as an employee!

This place is awesome. They had a cart at the door blocking people from coming in til they are made aware that they must keep their mask on and pulled up at all times in the store. They were eager to help and kind. I wish I had gotten names. But one was a taller person with straight shoulder length black hair and I think was the manager the other had very short blue hair. Well be back because of the friendly knowledgeable safe shopping environment they create there. Thanks for doing your part and making shopping a little safer!

Staff at this location were super nice and friendly! The store was organized and well kept. What I also liked about this location was that it was less crowded with racks vs other stores. Usually you can barely walk between the racks.

Excellent customer awareness and service

The people that work here are always super nice and actually make me (a socially awkward person) comfortable every time. If it’s your first time there it might be a little hard to find things but that’s how all the stores I’ve been to are and it’s easy to get used to the way it’s setup. It would be easy for me to keep going but I will spare you all even though you probably aren’t reading this.

I really dont like going to hot topic to be honest. However the people working were really nice and very helpful. So Im giving them 5 stars just because the staff was polite.

Employees always greet me with a smile and offer assistance which I find very helpful, atmosphere is laid back and the store is kept clean as well!

Hot Topic is my favorite store

Manassas Mall needs a redo. They moved Hot Topic to a very small store, and their selection of merchandise is kinda pitiful. If I want Outlander merchandise, I have to buy it online. I dont think they have any Walking Dead merchandise in store. Went in. Walked out with nothing.

I walk in with 100+ dollars and left with clithes of ok quality but way overpriced

Selection has dwindled, was very hard to shop for someone who has about every Marvel/Comic shirt and isnt into Disney. Wont be shopping there again until theres variety outside Disney/Star Wars/Doctor Who/Harry Potter/Marvel/DC
