Terrible. I placed a grocery delivery for today at 12-1pm because my entire house is sick with covid for a second time in just 2 months. We spent the last of our money on these groceries to get us through the next 2 weeks of quarantine and our groceries have still not been delivered, it is now 6:20pm. I’ve talked to 7 different people from customer service and they said I can either wait indefinitely, or get a refund that won’t be back in our bank account for another 7 days at least. No one can tell me why our groceries haven’t been delivered or when they will be delivered. I called the store myself several times, just now I tried one last time and someone picked up- I said “hello?” And they said “oh I’m sorry” and hung up on me. Unacceptable. This place just wants your money and doesn’t value their customers. We are canceling our Walmart+ membership today. I can’t even begin to describe how irate I am. I have 3 year old sick twins to feed and medicate and they just don’t care. I don’t know what to do. Whoever manages this Walmart should be ashamed of themselves.

This place offered me better experience than Liberia Ave Walmart. Love the atmosphere here. Also connected to the mall.

Tried to do an online return in store. Instructions said to put items in package and return to store. Sent a bar code for associate to scan. She refused to accept my return because the items were not in separate pkgs nor taped. I did not have tape and they had a roll sitting on counter?What a mess and definetley NOT customer friendly or convenient.

Huge store, probably one of the biggest in the MD/VA area. Good selection of everything, including groceries. Plenty of room to move and maintain social distancing. Next to the mall so easy to get too, plenty of shopping and places to eat if you need a snack. There is a Dunkin Donuts inside of the Wal-Mart. Greeters at the entrance to make sure people are wearing masks.

Well, besides the fact that the Mart is just a people watchers paradise, you really cant go wrong. ... EXCEPT for the hella long lines. I dont understand the whole reason for having self ( help ) checkout ...but, someone is there if you need HELP...why not just open another line ? Hmmm. Color me confused.

Its Walmart. Theres always something good there, usually for less.

This store is clearly in high demand for customers and apparently even higher demand for theft given the security gates you must pass through upon entry or exit. Not a bad store but lacking attention to the sporting good department and a bit hectic at checkout.

Decent selection, staff is working hard. Selection and variety is standard. Parking and entrance to this Walmart is difficult, but manageable after you get use to the entrance location. The customer base is fairly neutral and don’t run into a lot of issues.

It wasnt too packed. I would say to improve a bit on the customer service since I had to leave an item since it didnt have a barcode instead of the worker going out of their way to go look for it.

Successful trip to purchase my bread flour, yeast, sugar, A2 milk and other ingredients to make my delicious yeast rolls for Easter dinner. Purchased a few additional items for the children for baskets as well.

Good store to shop at and its clean. Matthew is a good employee .he like to help the customers out to fine things good employee.

Some kids were messing around and broke glass while we were there. It was startling but other than that just s regular walmart.

Props to the afternoon shift manager, he was very polite and understanding. All I needed was found, the Warrenton Walmart could use some tips from this store. Defiantly coming back.

Busy best time to shop week day mornings

Got hit in my back by one of the workers pushing a huge heavy cart. Both him and the manager werent very apologetic for having it happen.

Afrim was an awesome guy and a great employee. Noticed that Im walking up to the store to exchange propane, and the man offers not only to help me out, but gets another employee to ring me up quickly to get me on my way.

Love Walmart always have. Some people complain about the long lines we just use self checkout and look at it this way we all have to wait sometimes. If the line doesnt get you the stop lights will lol.

Not a bad one, busy most parts of the day

At six a.m. this place is great. The employees were great as well, I have never been greeted so many times. It was my best Walmart visit ever. There was some stocking going on. There were no check out lanes open and the self checkout was not manned. But if all goes well no employee would be needed.

Finding the items me and my friend needed was great but however the employee that was in charge of self check closes to the door that they lock at 10pm, accused my friend of stealing saying she didnt ring up her can soda cokes which she showed him the receipt and she did i think was rude he could of asked to see her receipt instead of saying she stole. He looked crazy.

Great place...but prices, are spiking and theyre carrying a lot less product! A lot of stuff missing from the shelves.

Emily, Jonathan, and Aaron did a wonderful job collaborating and making sure that my specific iPhone was available when I arrived. They work for OSL in the electronics section and Emily helped me today with adding a line and adjusting details within my account as well as having good knowledge about the different plans. It can get difficult to work there because of multitasking and dealing with two cellular customers at the same time, so based on my experience, I will continue to shop there.

They dont have enough cashiers lines open. Also the cashiers are not friendly. The lady that I had today I said Hi how are you? she did not even reply.With all that money walmart makes you would think they would get better training for their employees.

The layout of the store is probably the worst we have ever been in. Bathrooms were dirty. Cashier assistant, did not even want to hear what the lady in womens said about the price of clothes. But the last in womens should have created a scanned ti ket, so there would be no confusion. Employees we encountered seemed to not want to be working.

Walmart has some nice glucose tablets for diabetic who need to raise their blood sugar. The tablets were easy to find, but they were on a top shelf & difficult to get. My cane helped me get 2 bottles that were just out of my reach.

This WalMart is by far the cleanest and most organized. Always stocked and well varied.

I actually like the stuff and prices are fine but man Im so tired of carts not being available. Its a big freaking deal to be able to get a cart by the entrance...come on now.

I got some of the worst customer service at this location a few hours ago. I purchased a Roomba and it stopped working after 2 uses. I had the receipt, and all of the items and was way inside the return policy and just wanted to exchange it. They didnt have another one in stock and they acted like I was just out of luck. There was nothing they could do. No offer to find me another one at another store, order me one for exchange, etc . I felt like I was in the twilight zone. I ended up leaving with the item. It was the most ridiculous thing ever. The team lead Abby had a bad attitude as well. Such a strange customer service experience. Customer service is dead at this Walmart.

Clean... Extremely long lines so if anybody looking for work this place needs you. Other than that it was fine.

Went here last night with my sons to get some Pokemon cards. They keep them with the cigarettes (??) so I tried to get someone to help me. I asked 4 different employees and no one would help me. In fact, they couldnt have been more rude. Thanks for ruining our night. I will not shop here again.

I call the store 3 times trying to reach someone with no answer. The phone just kept ringing.

I was in and out quickly on a busy day, service was great.

Management needs to do a better job at scheduling!! As the norm, youll only see 1 cashier actually working to check customers out. Then there are the 2 who are watching you on the self checkout monitors! Worst Walmart around...

Good store eazy to find what you need

I go to Walmart about once or twice a year. And each time I swear Ill never return...but, sometimes, theyre the only ones open. Prices are fine, but its such a depressing experience to go there.

This Walmart is definitely better than the one on Liberia. If you have to choose between the two, choose this one. The one downside to this one is they always seem to be out of stock on a lot of basic items. Otherwise good. I mean, it’s Walmart so take that how you will.

Worst walmart ever. I myself and 3 others waited over 45 min for a manager to come after multiple employees called them. The lady I talked to said she had already been there 30 min. Wouldnt go there if you have something to do or need something done for you that you need assistance with.

While the Walmart was quite busy, they seem to be continually stocking the shelves. One thing has been recently added and is a positive addition. They have added covered online order Pickup stalls out front. There is a phone # to call when you arrive. There were quite a few spaces open with no waiting.One thing that is frustrating is when the aisles are blocked with pallets stacked 8 feet high and they are so congested that the carts will not fit. They should not be that way mid day.. Also, the employees picking up groceries for online orders seem oblivious to others trying to also shop. They are often side by side making other cart unable to navigate. Its like they dont see you.Overall, a good shopping experience.

Shopped in the garden section today. The cashier was friendly and helpful when asked about their lavender tree.

THIS WALMART IS HUGE. VERY REASONABLY PRICED EVERYDAY ITEMS. I LOVE THAT THIS WALMART IS LITERALLY RIGHT INSIDE OF THE MALL WITH A AUTOBAHN IN THE SAME PARKING LOT. THE FOOT TRAFFIC IN THIS WALMART IS EXTREMELY HIGH. I DID NOT GIVE 5 STARS BECAUSE EVERY TIME THAT I HAVE VISITED HERE, THE LINES WERE EXTREMELY SUPER SUPER LONG. EVERY SINGLE TIME. THIS STORE NEEDS TO WORK ON SCHEDULING AND HAVE MORE REGISTERS OPEN SO THAT CHECK OUT LINES CAN FLOW SMOOTHLY. ALL IN ALL THIS IS YOUR ONE STOP SHOP.

I usually shop at this place early in the morning to avoid the long lines, during busy hours., but they have curb side pick ups, so if you dont want to line up, you can order online, then all you have to do is park In a spot call them and they will bring all your goodies out to you.ALSO TODAY THE WALMART IS CLOSED FOR CLEANING AND WILL OPEN BACK TOMORROW

Going to Wal-Mart is always an adventure. Dont go if you are in a hurry unless its in the morning. Wal-Mart has it all, from soup to nuts and everything in between. I wish they would be mindful of peoples time and open more lines. Now that Christmas is behind us maybe it will be different. Even if its not I will continue to go😊
