Same selection as other shoe stores in this same mall but with semi decent service

I wish I could give this a negative 5 star. If you buy a pair of shoes, better make sure you wont change your mind and try to return them. Because every single person in there will say thy dont have enough money for a return if you go in the mornings. They tell you to come back later or on a weekend. You go later the system is broken they say. You come back in a weekend same thing the system is broken they keep saying that for over more than 10 days, but yet make a transaction in front of your face when someone buys shoes. I had to go return my shoes at the Potomac bills mall.

Footaction is my store and I love it because I work there

I Walked in & saw two open workers, I had asked for some help and was told I would have a worker be right with me. I waited about ten minutes, about two other families were in there, one worker was helping for both. The other stood there, speaking to another worker but from another mall store, slacking on the job. As I kept repeating myself for some help, he heard and looked straight at me and ignored me, you can tell if workers are talking about buisness or just talking nonsense and to me he was not talking buisness at all. As other people came in, he gladly helped them well not even help, just greeted them and looked straight at me after, and thats when I didnt even argue, becuase even if I did get his attention. He for sure was not getting my sale for a horrible business, he was that low of a person he was not worth getting one bit of my breathe to complain to him, I just simply walked out and happily got my satisfaction from finish line. Newsflash, if you do not like your job, just quit ! Its no ones fault to where you are in life for your career so dont take it out on us, just simply do your job as much as you hate it, honey its your own fault haha, but does not matter. Its not like if that store is good in the first place! He was Asian and looked like he wanted to be fired.
