After long time of not eating sweets we wanted to celebrate occasion and my husband went and bought us 12 donuts - DISGUSTING 🤮. Look at frosting, size and to end all they were at least ONE DAY OLD, but possibly two or more. What is going on??? Why are you stealing people’s money??? Is there a manager?? If there is a manager and allows things like this than that person needs to be FIRED!!!

Simply delicious and always a go-to if you have a sweet tooth. There is a big selection of regular donuts, filled, donut holes, and even minis! The only downside is the location which is a good 45 minute drive as we don’t have a local one nearby. I’ve ordered inside and via the drive-thru and generally the staff is pretty fast and efficient. If you decide to buy a whole bunch (which most do), I noticed the regular glazed ones don’t fare well if not eaten the same day. The glaze practically melts away and you’re left with a messy soggy donut if left in room temperature for a few hours. The seasonal donuts are the most fun and probably the tastiest because of the extra frosting, so be sure to eat in moderation unless you don’t mind the extra calories and sugar rush. Overall, I highly recommend and can’t wait to find an excuse to visit again!

Excellent donuts. I got a variety of them. They were very good. They have a pumpkin donut that is outstanding. I think its seasonal. I highly recommend downloading the app to earn rewards.

On 10/30 at the instruction of management the staff replaced the donuts in the Spooky dozens with normal donuts for online orders. The management is intentionally trying to defraud online customers in an attempt to stretch inventory. Scummy business practice, have reported this store to the corporate office. The staff were super apologetic and agreed that this should not have happened but had to follow management instruction. Mounir Sevali should be fired for this kind of blatant and intentional defrauding of online customers.

I’m so glad to have found this KK. Recently moved to LoCo from Alexandria and this one at least has the hot light on. I don’t feel like I ever got fresh doughnuts from the Alexandria location. Not only was the service fast and friendly, but the doughnuts at this location were perfect!

This location is about 45 minutes from my home, but usually the drive is worth it. Today, in an effort to ask if the hot light was on, I wanted to call the store before deciding upon undertaking the trip. I’ve called 7 times, with no answer. Take your business to a location that wants it.

Well these physical stores are not very common, so its cool to be able to go inside and see the pastries made right in front of you. They have a huge selection and everything Ive ever had from there was fresh. The staff was friendly as well. Worth checking out at least once.

Delicious donuts. Hot, tasty and good coffee. They have outside and inside seating. Decorations are lovely and you can watch them while making the donuts. My kids love it.

There is absolutely nothing better than a warm glazed donut fresh off the line at Krispy Kreme! Those bad boys will melt in your mouth! Really all the donuts are great but get yourself a dozen fresh hot donuts and you will not regret it. And I mean just for yourself because you will not want to share. They are amazing!

Didnt have hot glazed and couldnt find address on Garmin Satellite Navigation. Other than that, I was satisfied. Was happy I could simply use the restroom. Starbucks doesnt allow you too.

Worked here for a while and instantly knew that the manager has created an awful environment, my co-workers were extremely stressed and afraid of him. This place would be better if the current manager were to leave, disappointed in this work place, and it was lovely as well.

Extremely disappointed! I usually give my business to the Alexandria location but I moved close to Manassas & wanted some KK. The doughnuts tasted awful, were definitely old because they were a bit hard. I placed an online order, and received different donuts. I do not understand how it’s possible to mess up donuts from an online order and recheck before closing the box. I did not check at the store because I assumed Krispy Kreme did their job correctly. Very dissatisfied with the customer service and dissatisfied with how the orders are taken care of at this location.

I come to Krispy Kreme once a while to get my dozen donut box, but every time I go there, the donuts are getting smaller and smaller every new visit. The donuts now are 1/4 of the size of the original donuts.

A solid Krispy Kreme experience. I ordered on the mobile app. Donuts did not take long and were still warm. I had to wait a very short period of time in the drive through as they made the fresh donuts.

I really wanted to like this place since it’s so close to my work and I can grab coffee. They have gotten my orders wrong twice. Today I ordered a regular latte and got a super sweet vanilla latte. Please work on giving out the right orders

We don’t live nearby but because today was my hubs birthday, I placed an online pick up order and headed there early morning of 6/4 for pick up.Got there and the special box sleeve I had ordered was not in stock, no Biggy. They were going to refund the order but they were also incredibly busy so the young woman helping me (I am so sorry I did not get your name bc you were wonderful) offered just to give me a few extra donuts that would be equivalent to the cost which was perfect.I then got to check my original order and realized the dozen was wrong. So I explained it to the same young woman and she quickly made my correct order and also told me to keep the box that was wrong.Some would be very frustrated especially after a long drive and then orders being wrong but at the end of the day, it’s only donuts, they didn’t have control over some things being out of stock and despite being incredibly busy at 6am, the young woman went above and beyond to help me, get me answers, and correct the wrong!Keep up the great work at this store! And again my apologies for not catching your name, I hope you know who you are and know that you’re doing a great job!!!

Took my kids to get Halloween donuts last week but first off they got our order wrong then our donuts was so cold and hard they had to of been atleast a day old 😔

This place has the FRIENDLIEST staff!There usually is a line when I come here, but it moves fast as they have a lot of people helping with check-out.They have an area you can watch the donuts being glazed which is great if you have kids!They also have a drive-thru which sometimes takes a while if the people before you dont have an idea of their order before hand.They also have the HOT donuts being made sign as well!

This was my first time placing an order for pickup. I decided to do something special for my sons birthday since he doesnt like traditional birthday cakes.I placed the order well in advance and had the displeasure of picking up donuts that were prepared HOURS before my pickup time. I was under the assumption that placing a special order would ensure fresh donuts. I was mistaken. I contacted the store, the associate told me that they prepare special orders well in advance the day of to ensure that you will receive the entirety of your order. My issue is that various batches of donuts are prepared throughout the day. Special orders arent exactly special, which I have to say is very disappointing.

Mmm I love krispy kreme donuts! I always pass by this location but reluctant to come in because I know its unhealthy. But I finally did the other day. The donuts were as youd expect, fluffy, and soft like you were eating clouds. It was a quick and easy process, I was able to get my donuts in a minute.

Was very disappointed:( They didn’t have any of the donuts advertised online. The donuts we were able to get were old and dry besides the glazed ones. We also decided to try the iced coffee there. Don’t get the iced coffee.... I got an iced caramel latte and paid for a medium and received a coffee in the small cup that wasn’t even full. They could’ve said they were out of medium cups or something and I would’ve bought a small rather than making me pay for a medium and giving me a small thinking no one would notice? The drink itself was entirely milk. There was no caramel or even espresso in it. I ended up putting my own coffee in it when I got home since there was extra room in the cup lol.

This place never has the limited edition flavors. Even if their website / order app says they do. Dont trust it. If you try to call 90% chance they wont answer the phone either. Such a poorly run store

First time everything was correct. Second not so much. Ordered a regular dozen and a mixed dozen they didnt give us the heart doughnuts we ordered but give us regular doughnuts instead. Charged for the heart shaped. Guess the game is dont do your own mixed dozen.

Free donut with vaccine card. We rode bikes from Woodbridge to Manassas and it was worth it-fresh from the fryer.

Definitely Krispy and definitely Kremey! They make hot and fresh donuts often and the rest are still great to pick up anytime as well. The dinning area is clean and so is the kitchen where you can watch the whole process through the glass. This location also has a drive through and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly!

The drive-in staff had the worst customer skills. Clueless to what it means to listen and hear the customer. Guiding and adding additional sales is a part of selling. I was willing to buy more and no attempt was made at encouraging additional sales. I left disappointed at an attempt to buy additional items because of a lack of patience. Need more training especially at this time when every sale counts and adds to the business bottom line!

I used the drive through and experienced very pleasant people on the speaker and at the window. I ordered four mini doughnuts, two birthday cake and two chocolate chip cookie dough. The two birthday cake doughnuts were good, very sweet, and filled with frosting. The two chocolate chip cookie dough doughnuts were stale and tasted very dry, i threw them out after one bite. Skip the national advertising and get a normal doughnut that normally rotates and tastes great.

Donuts are good but there is obviously a lack in training when it comes to everything else. No one seems to know to how make coffee or any espresso beverage. Asked for an iced latte and they just gave me iced coffee. Been here several times to give them a shot but it’s always one thing or another. Don’t get me started on the drive thru service. I rather go to Dunkin’ Donuts, it’s closer and they know what they’re doing.

I am writing this review to ask your shop to have some of your staff perform traffic control when you do your promotions. I couldn’t access the gas station next door to your shop because your customers were hell bent on blocking the intersection within the main shopping center parking lot and wouldn’t move because they needed their late night sugar fix which resulted in a pissing match. Please be courteous to the businesses who occupy and patrons who need to frequent the other retail spaces.

I stopped coming to this Krispy Kreme (Liberia) and started driving to the one in Alexandria, Va (worth the gas). Each time i pull up (Liberia) and the hot light is on i get cold doughnuts. And i ALWAYS call before i come just because Ive been through this wayy too many times with them. I called today at about 12:14PM because the hot light was on while i was driving by and they apologized saying they should have turned it off at 10 this morning. They need to either get the correct times for the Hot Light or just shut down all together!

I love this Krispy Kreme and the workers are all very nice whenever Ive picked up an order! I just wish there was a way they could communicate with customers when theyre closed unexpectedly during these times -- such as a voicemail explaining the situation set up on their phone. Just a suggestion if corporate ever even looks at these lol Five stars because of the service that you can expect to receive from this establishment! :^) Keep up the great work

Went to the driver through was told they didn’t have any of the doughnuts I asked for. Went inside got everything I asked for at the drive through was there. Hire a responsible adult. Place is a disaster. Health code much???

When did they start selling bite size original glazed donuts for the price of regular size ones????!!! So disappointed. I get it, you work at Krispy so probably baked outta your mind but at least accidentally make them bigger not smaller. Feeling totally ripped off, especially since thats the biggest one we got out of 7 original glazed.

I just cant get enough of this month dripping doughnuts!! The original is the best! Whats awesome about this place is that you can watch how the doughnuts are created, and you can get it hot just baked!! With coffee, that will just make your day!

Hot and fresh donuts start at 4pm on Saturdays. Be prepared for it to be crowded and loud. The wait is a little insane but its worth it for still warm donuts.
