Great staff, reliable beverages, always in good time.

So this isnt my first time that Ive been to this location, every time I come in its great, always a great attitude and great service. However, I went in on a Tuesday and one of the workers I believe his name was nick. Was the one taking my order. I got a white mocha and food. I paid with cash. He took my money, gave me my receipt and went straight to handle my food. He didnt wash his hands as he was touching my food and when my drink was done he touched the lid of the cup and with Covid being how it is, this really grossed me out! Im not even sure if the manager knows about this but I hope they do because I never want him touching my items again. I also hope corporate knows

Y’all need to send these baristas to train everywhere else! My coffee always tastes amazing, it’s always the right temp, and it’s always done by the time I get there. It doesn’t matter if I order 1 drink or 3 with food. They’re always sweet and greet me. I drive out of my way just to visit this one in the morning instead of the one beside my house. Updated 2 stars. Because given 4 dollar card for next time.. Yet Starbucks has been sloppy lately so overall I am disappointed. Oscar was rude and argumentative after watching Elise, Pour half my drink in the sink because I asked for one scoop of extra ice. With an attitude Oscar said he wasnt allowed to give out bigger cups! Was he joking I have been a gm at so many fast casual concepts. This was appuling to have to argue over extra ice.. I said no I payed 90 cents for a shot and 70 cent for coconut milk why would you pour any out? I get a Starbucks drink literally everyday. This is unexcepptable and is an immense headache when paying 7 dollars for a drink. Is it not common sense to not pour out half a 7 dollar drink? Next time this happens I will request a refund for the amount of drink wasted. I use the app but no longer trust the staff to make sure all contents of what I payed for are into the cup so I will order in person. Please get it together Starbucks. Youre way to expensive to slack.

Clean small location located right at the corner of the shopping center. Fast and quick service here. There is a wide open parking spot. Dominos Wing stop and H mart are right next door

They really do go the extra mile for customer service. Although it’s a small place the employees are super helpful and super friendly. Even when there’s a lot of customers they still keep customers first. Great job.

Wow. Easily the best Bucks ive ever been to. I always try to come during the weekday in the afternoon, because thats when the two best baristas work. Blanca and Suzy are always very positive and warm and welcoming. They always get my drink perfect. This space is always so clean and inviting; it feels like my 2nd home.

Really good coffee. Like original. Not many Starbucks offer coffee like that. Im a pike place person. Been drinking this for 20+years. I know my coffee.

Had a mobile order and waited for over 27 minutes to get it. Everyone that ordered instore got theirs and left. Had to ask for my order and was told they were working on other orders that mine would be out soon. Worst drink I had in a while. They rushed to make it and wasnt even right.

I used the drive-through this location I requested a very special drink when that involved long espresso shots. Needless to say the drink came too quickly for this to be done properly. And the drink tasted poorly. For $5.53 you should get what you pay for . To add insult to injury the borista assured me that the shots were long. Needles to say they werent. Starbucks is not known for its speed of service therefore this is disappointing.

I love everyone that works here! They are heartfelt, genuine people! They always get my order right and I dont have to go back just for them to remake it. Go check them out... best starbucks Ive EVER been to, hands down!

I was denied service because I was paying with a $50 bill. The employee, who said her name was Blanca advises me that I could not use my $50 bill because she did not have change, that I should leave the store to get change and come back. I told her that I would buy an additional item, that is when she responded that I would have to buy at least $30 worth of items in order for her to provide change for a $50 bill. She was very rude the entire time and left me with no other choice but to leave the store empty handed. This was the worst customer service I have ever receive in years.

I ordered this drink for 7 months straight and I never got it right. This is sad since we place an order every day for two drinks, this show how much they care about their customers.

Hi! I live nearby this location and I always have really great experiences here. They go above and beyond to foster that ‘friendly neighbor’ vibe in the cafe. More than once I have had staff go out of their way to make me feel like more than another customer. I’ve never had a bad experience, but Rachel especially is an asset to this store and I know when I go in, that she will make it a personal, enjoyable experience. :)

The employees there are root and highly unprofessional especially Susy who was yelling at me and she definitely needs some mental help. Not the best customer service at all. Ive been a customer of this location for 7 years cause Im a local business owner and all my employees were coming for the coffee every day there. Now I will never come back as well as my workers. Big loss for the starbucks because of 1 crazy person.

Inside of the store was clean. Outside was another story. Approached employees about trash outside and was told it was not their issue. Detracts from the look of the store. Other than that staff was nice. Will not return to this location.

Seen many strabusks coffee shops, this one is one of the better ones. Mike was very friendly, and did not roll his eyes when I asked for minor modifications to my order. 5 stars.

My local Starbucks is always full of friendly staff, my orders are correct, I look forward to going there every Friday on my way to work. 😊 Restrooms are always kept nice and clean and fully stocked too.

I was a witness of the cashier Susy hysterical yelling at the customer because he had a face covered entering the store but it was not an actual mask. And at the same moment her mask was down. She just exposed at him without even trying to be polite at any point. Really unprofessional from Starbucks employee.

During the COVID 19 shut down, I was forced to use a different location since this one didnt have a drive through but as soon as this location opened back up it was like going home. I cannot say enough about the service or the employees at this location. Always greeted with a smile. How do I know, just listen to their voice and see it in their eyes.

They go the xtra mile in customers service best place to go friendly and clean. They call you by your name . I order a Skinny Green Tea latte they had me to try it with Soy . It was delicious. I will always come here.

I absolutely love this Starbucks. I visit a lot of them in the Manassas/Centreville area and this is by far my favorite. The employees are very friendly and the store is always very clean. I will go the extra mile to visit this location over other locations!!!

I ordered form UberEats today and I received my drink and it was wrong. I called in and spoke to dayana and she was very rude to me. She kept saying “oh I know who you are.” Why would anyone even say that.. And “oh I gotchu.” I don’t mind the slang but.. the way it was said seemed like she was trying to intimidate me. I understand the area is a little rough so maybe that could be the problem..Very strange. I can understand having a bad day.. but when I’ve has a bad experience with her before then you can’t really say it’s a “bad day” type of deal. Maybe it’s just the night crew? Not to sure. Most of the morning crew is great. Oh well..

Ive always been going to this one for 3 years now. These people are very polite, knowing after youve just had your first coffee of the day, you got your second drink of the day. The drinks always end up super good and its not far from me. thanks for the drink :)

The last time I visited was one of the nicest experiences Ive had at a Starbucks. The manager helped me try a new drink--Made me a sample of their new blonde espresso, which I didnt care for. Chatted with me and was very welcoming.

Pleasant THIS TIME!! Once I was at drive thru and the cashier guy couldnt get my correct change from $100,I was asked to pull over while they tended to other customers,which didnt sit well with me.

Went in there and ask them to make three separate Starbucks frappuccino secret menu items. The guy was awesome in helping us and making tastiness!

Worst experience ever. Ordered on mobile app to get the same drink I get everyday. Different employees and cant seem to make cold foam. Told me the blender is wrong and the person making the drink argued with me about what is in the drink when it clearly states on the app what comes in the drink. They made a second drink and it was horrible.I do not recommend going to this location.I will drive 5 miles out of my way to get.my coffee now.

I like the place and the staff is super nice! The only thing I did not like is the chairs, they are way too high to work on the computer, which makes it really uncomfortable.

Hands down the best and quickest Starbucks I have ever been too. Friendly knowledgeable staff.They make mobile orders promptly and I get it almost every morning on the way to work.I would definitely recommend making the drive out to get your coffee from this one over the other 3 in Manassas, VA.Wish they had a drive-thru but that obviously is a physical limitation of the area.

For the past 4 years I go to this Starbucks everyday, literally! This seems to be the only Starbucks that knows how to make a Latte! The people are always nice and genuinely care about making sure you start your day off with a cup of coffee and a smile. Keep up the hard work....

Love this place, I think the Baristas are very friendly, they are quick, they listen to your order, I have never had an order taken wrong. They do mobile orders and its rare that I have seen them not be prepared. The inside is small, so group meetings would not be ideal. Inlovr the items I can get for my daughter, shes 5 and loves the Thats It bars. Even if you do not like coffee, there are choices of teas, caramel apple spice, juices, and couple of low key energy drinks that I personally love because of the fizz.

I went with a friend, we had Cinnamon Dolce Frappuccino, it was delicious like all Starbucks coffees, also we had some good pastry. Too bad the barista seemed to be in a bad mood, which its the apposite of my prior Starbucks visits, thats why I am giving it 4 stars instead 5. Ill have a Starbucks anytime because I really like it.
