So thankful that my friend recommended to check out this shop to buy my next computer. I first went to Microcenter and bought a computer that was more than I needed but a great deal. Had problems with it from day one and they were of no help. I had to fix every issue myself. I ended up returning because it became too much.Matt asked me what I wanted and my budget. He delivered on everything. Now I have a PC that meets all my work and gaming needs and paid less than I would have elsewhere unless I built it myself. Great customer service. Highly recommend checking out Platinum before you buy online or a big box store.

Called early asking for a specific kind of CPU and they let me know instantly that it was in stock and let me know the price. Came in about 15min later for the CPU and left with the CPU and an SSD.Prices were great for the CPU and SSD and service was very fast.A+

Used to make great computers that I used for me personally and my whole company. Now pass off the next generation of great gaming computers that cant handle even the simplest of games with specs that should easily allow it. If calling they blame it on too many programs running in the background or whatever else they can think of though they have been known to have been messing up over and over again lately. Will not admit to a mistake and has messed up the last 3 PCs bought from there and charges for fixing their own mistakes, treats customers with problems like idiots irregardless of your computer knowledge and their service is slow as they do not seem to care about the problems that they believe the consumer is always responsible for. Pass it up for pretty much ANY other small computer store or even buy directly from a manufacturer, these people have stopped caring about their field.

Matt and Stephen Ko are highly knowledgeable technicians. Their turn-around time is excellent, their business practices are customer-friendly and their prices are competitive. My first interaction with Matt and Stephen was about three weeks ago. I took two of my HP laptops (less than 4 years old). One of the laptop which was misdiagnosed and repaired twice by a big computer retailer within the first year. The first time, I was told that the laptops CMOS battery was bad and the second time I was told that for some reason, the boot order was changed ( the tech said it sometimes happens after system software updates). PME told me that an electronic hard drive had failed. They replaced it on the spot and I drove home within 2.5 Hrs. I left the other laptop (HP Spectre X360) with them. Its motherboard had died and it was repaired with 2.5 weeks.Additionally today Stephen upgraded my desktops memory and replaced the power supply which had been making screeching sounds. All this was done at a reasonable cost. In the past, I had used another highly rated local shop for a laptop repair. Unfortunately, hey stopped replying to my emails once I requested onsite service. PME offers onsite service for a reasonable price provided their schedule permits this. I will be their customer for ALL my PC/Mac laptop and Desktop repair needs. I recommend them highly as my top choice for my computer repair needs.

Any time I need something fixed on my computer I only trust it with PME. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Their prices are always reasonable for both services and parts.My last visit was due to a problem with my laptop. Unfortunately, the part I needed was going to cost more than purchasing a new laptop. The staff at PME found a matching laptop that had a broken screen and was able to salvage the part I needed for much less than a new laptop. Their turn around was very quick despite the difficulty finding the part and I havent had any problems with the laptop since.

AWESOME! These guys work with a quiet brilliance that will become Glaringly apparent to anyone in the Business. I worked as an IT guy with them for 3 years and they saved me and mine from disaster after disaster calmly and professionally. I once watched them restore a server for a body shop so covered with dust we could not tell what color it was...they detected BY SIGHT a failed capacitor...rebooted the server, recovered the RAID drive data and backed it up and returned it to the customer WITHIN 12 hours! Ive seen them quickly recover drives, restore RAIDs of ALL LEVELS. Ive seen them joke and laugh while restoring a NAS that lost its operating system..AFTER the drive controller reported ALL DATA LOST! They patiently and completely explain problems as they work to resolve them under less than IDEAL circumstances. My boss once threatened to fire me if I did not return to the office with a restored hard drive...and they DELIVERED! You got special needs? You got requirements? Tired of the disinterested Mooks at Microcenter and Best Buy?Want someone OVERQUALIFIED to advise you on setting up ANY kind of server? Dont waste your time! Dont risk your job! GO! SEE MATT!
