Had the pleasure of working with Mike from the printing section a few days ago. I had came two days back to back to pick up business cards and he provided AMAZING customer service! Very quick, polite, and friendly!

This store is the best. They have helped me on so many occasions going above and beyond my expectations. The customer service is impeccable. I plan on doing something nice for these hard working kind considerate extremely helpful people. I also don’t mind spending money here because of the great quality of service and products. We had our sons first birthday invitations printed here! They turned out great and were ready within 24 hours! The customer service was also great!

Be prepared to wait for help if you are in the computer area. The staff is helpful but they could add another team member.

I needed some 18x24 posters done for my drive by babyshower this weekend. I was told via phone they could not complete my order because it contained, characters that were copyrighted. These posters were going to stand in my yard for 2 hours or less & be thrown away after, not sold. (Which i reassured them) Im a digital artist, i re-did & manipulated the characters, they were not copy & pasted. For the sales chick who called my phone, im guessing you were familiar with the characters, you would have seen they werent exact copies if only you googled. (But im guessing you need glasses) BOTTOMLINE: whats the point of having printing equipment for larger projects, for your customers. If your sales associates are gonna be in everybodys personal business. If it was that serious, I could have signed a waiver. But thanks for ruining my shower tho.

Chelsea is highly unprofessional, all she had to do was help her coworker out with clicking a simple button to make a copy out of a copy literally! My order was only 5 mins worth of work. Came in at 4:30pm and left at 5:43 pm!! She needs to be taught better customer service skills!!!

Just left this staples and their customer service was great!. Their staff was very attentive and professional.

Low stock. Overnight delivery didnt arrive. When I tried to check out the items they DID have in stock, the cashier was so busy telling his life story to someone, I had to go bug a manager to ask to check out.

This is a typical Staples that has all of the office supplies and small furniture that you need for your main office or your home office. I typically run here if Im in a pinch for printer cartridges as sometimes its difficult ordering online and waiting a few days for the shipping of that item to actually arrive to me. Whos places neat clean and well-lit, which is always a plus when you go in for the in-store experience. I recommend that you stop by this place because the staff are friendly as well as helpful.

Can sometimes take a little while to find what you need, but if you ask a staff member then he or she is pretty good in finding what you need. Usually, you have to come up to a staff member to ask them and they dont always seem to come up to you asking you if you need any help finding something.

Sales person in printing area couldnt have been more unhelpful if he tried. Wouldnt even get up from his chair to answer my questions.

At this point if I could give 0 I would. Whoever answered our phone call was completely rude and on top of that our card order was supposed to be there yesterday we got told after 730 today but it closed at 7 so that’s a lie. Waste of time.

Nice experience buying cartridges for a printer at home. Mr. David, a manager gave me good information to buy a new laptop computer.

Customer service was... terrible. Employees were slow to help and unenthusiastic to say the least. Was trying to find an office chair, asked if they had a certain model available in store. Waited at least 15 minutes after asking to be helped before we decided our time would be better spent elsewhere. Disappointed.

Didnt have my order ready so I shopped and my order was left on counter with no communication to let anybody know where it was so alot of confusion.

I go to Staples every year to copy my familys Tax forms which are over 100 pages in total. The copiers work well and I get quick assistance whenever I need it.

Visited the store to have copies made and laminated, was made to over 15 minutes before anyone came to assist us. The manager even looked over at us on several occasions without calling anyone over to assist us.

Im using Staples more than before. I just picked up a 2 TB backup drive at a very good price.
