Went in today and has to be one of the cleanest and most organized dollar tree I’ve seen in Manassas. Everything was so well organized, I was able to look at all the items displayed. Y’all are doing great! Keep it up.

Its good they have a lot of stuff and its not a mess But...it does get annyoing beacuse they always have one cashier and then the lin gets long and you have to wait like a 20 min but its nice

Had everything I needed from cutlery for a construction crew to microfiber towels to hand and dish soap and paper towels. The best thing was the cold Arizona Ice Tea with Ginseng on my way out. Thank you dollar tree.

This particular store in Manassas off of Liberia has shown tremendous Improvement. Its not the message that it was back in December and January oh, its better staffed, cleaner and better organized than it was the last time I was in here . One Improvement that can make is in the mens room to provide paper towels, instead they have a very cheap version of a hand blower whats really adequately does not throw your hands. Anyway congratulations to this particular unit they must be Under New Management keep up the good work.

Went to the dollar tree looking for bags of rocks for my fish tank. Picked up a bag of rocks that was already open and the went all over the floor. Swept them over into a pile to the side and grabbed more! When ‘greeted’ at check out the horribly rude women said “who’s paying for the broken rocks.” They’re like the dollar tree police. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend.

The cashiers are always nice there and we can usually find what we need. For such a busy store, they do well with keeping it stocked.

A very disrespectful cashier on this store, her name is Vanessa, yelling at us with such dirty words. We are seniors and we don’t deserve this kind of treatment! Customer service always good and friendly. a bit messy at times but its just because they are always restocking the shelves. small compared to other stores but nice variety. always great finds.

I came in and made a purchase of $15 worth of stuff that my kids wanted. They charged my card twice. I spoke to the manager right away that told me once they closed out the credit card machine that night it would reverse back in to my account and if it didn’t to come back in the morning to get a refund in cash. She also said it happened multiple times that day. Well of course it didn’t refund and I went in the next day and a different manager had no knowledge of what I was talking about. If I asked if they at least to fix the issue, she knew nothing about it. She said it would be back in my account come night time. Well here it is once again and it was not put back in my account and both charges have cleared. This place is super annoying. If it’s not that it’s the German woman working there with the thick accent that is rude as hell. Always raising her voice to kids touching the toys. Always talking about trump. She is rude as hell. Not to mention the day time assistant manager. She acted like I was bothering her asking about MY MONEY that THEY charged me for twice smh. I’ll be calling corporate

Im not sure if they are understaffed but there is always a line when I go. And when I say line, i mean 4 to 5 people deep and only one register open. There may be another employee in the store but Im not sure what they are doing except walking around. So, its never as quick a trip as i think it will be.

This store is convenient for me and I went there today to get a couple items. Long line but not for too long. Within minutes they got another cashier to open a register.

This is one of those rare Dollar Trees where you can find a lot of items in stock that you may not find at some of the other ones. Its a good size with a great variety and friendly customer service.

Perfect the people were super nice and the store was clean

Our cashier was awful. She was aggressive and made me pay for something i was returning. Then she failed to let me return it! Additionally, she was very insulting and made and my girlfriend feel very unwelcomed. She was a German woman who claimed Germany is saving the day. Far from it.

Pretty decent location. Dont always have things restocked if you come back for more of something and they could use more employees to man the registers but other that its an ok location

Thier is a racist manger in the store making a scene about me buying cupones .she could of easily came to me on a low normal conversion. I would of understood perfectly fine but noooo.screaming infront of other customers. This is my first and last time in this dollar store., screaming your only the customer, although the cashier lady was very nice to us .thank you for that .😡😡😡😡
