Great deal on my tires.. free Road hazard damage on my tires they fill with nitrogen at no extra cost and lifetime balance and rotation. The only thing why I dont give 5 stars is because they dont offer alignment .. you have to take your car to another car shop.

On weekdays, you can find parking close to main entrance with ease. Not many people and you can find everything you need without much hassle. Checkout is easy and fast. On weekends or holidays, you better plan ahead and plan to get in early and spend a bit more time since the place will be packed with shoppers

Costco has been charging us their yearly membership fee for the last 3 years even though I had canceled my membership. Since my membership renewed in July and I am mostly on vacation that month, I didnt notice this on my bill. Be aware of their auto renewal membership! they did not reimburse me even though, I didnt use my membership card for the past 3 years....

This one is for the gas station.. Costco gas use to be 20 cents cheaper or more per gallon. That is why I would endure the long lines to save a few bucks but lately the price for Costco gas is no different than some other exxon or shell gas stations around the corner..only difference is there no 20 minute wait to fill up. Those other gas stations have no wait..whats the incentive for going to a Costco gas station??

If you dont mind crowds, always an interesting place to explore the latest products and deals. My last purchase was 35% cheaper than the full retail price at a competor store. Staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Go if you have time and patience and you are looking for good deals.

Best place to get wholesale groceries and more. I buy a lot of bottled water here because is the cheapest in the area also buy seafood, cheaper than other places, Medicine, electronics. You can get almost anything in here and for the best price as a wholesale store.

Costco is good place for shopping but staff was not cooperative at all.I asked a cashier for the help,at first she bypass me and then I call her again for the help she replies with arguments and finally she didnt help me out for all the stuff.(i-e Cashier Marcy)

A good place to catch good offers and deals... if you are a big family is a good place to buy groceries because they sell big packages of everything... I like to go there and just go around you never know what kind of deal you can find.. or taste samples before you buy ... just remember you need a membership to buy things in there..

Excellent Costco, always stocked, clean, organized and fresh food has always been fresh and tasty. Prices are most likely lower here for the same or similar products compared to other stores, they usually have kits that include more features than those at higher prices from other stores. Pharmacy and glass stores are also pretty good. I avoid buying tires due to faster wear on named tires when I purchased them there. On that end you get what you pay for.

I prefer the Woodbridge location. It has a better selection, and its bigger. Some things are a great deal, and some are a rip off. Highly recommend the steaks!! Their beef is amazing.

4/2/2021 has to be the absolute worst experience at this Costco to date. Typically we shop here for bulk items only as we have a very large family to feed. After recently moving we had to make a huge purchase today (a total of 3 full carts). The meat selection was by far the worst I have ever seen it (mind you it’s never been great). The carts were dirty and no one was there to disinfect them. The floors looked as if no one had cleaned them in months. There were hundreds of items for sale that had been opened. During checkout there was a tall bald guy going around yelling at people who’s masks were not on correctly (if the mask wasn’t fully covering their nose, he was literally all over them and telling the patron they had to wear it correctly). I had the great misfortune to have Lisseth as my cashier. She seemed to be in a terrible mood. Tossing my items like it was no big deal. She spoke very condescendingly. On the way out there was a younger kid standing near the customer service area telling people to wear their mask as well as another woman.The store was packed yet these employees were not cleaning up all the messes or fixing the busted open boxes. Their focus seemed to be on mask patrol and not truly customer service. This store especially needs to think about training their management to be able to direct employees to help with the upkeep of the materials for sale and the cleanliness of the facility prior to crying about a mask.

Always seems so unorganized. Dont like having to zig zag the checkout lines just to reach the pharmacy.

They got everything and theres always some good stuff discounted. The one thing they could improve on is having mobile scanners at the self checkout line. For big items you have to ask a worker to help you scan it.

I found a great deal on a pair of gloves made by Spyder. They feature leather palms, micro-brushed linings, and double elastic on the palm side for a better fit. Im also thrilled with the 32 Degrees Heat Womens base layer pant. They kept me remarkably warm and comfortable on a cold and windy night out!

The agent was very rude about helping with the scanners. She completely ignored us and then pretended like she didnt understand what we were telling her about scanner our items with the scanner.

Pros: This particular Costco seems to be better than others, well stocked and employees visible and willing to assist. The layout of this Costco is different than others in area, say Chantilly or Fairfax. For example, bread section is towards the cash registers but the bakery and fruits towards the opposite end. So for a first time visitor to this branch, can be confusing.Cons: Most Costcos, specially after Covid, getting very crowded. Long lines during evenings and weekends. Management should consider opening new Costco in Northern VA to accommodate population growth over last decade.

Terrible experience with rude employees one named Cynthia was extremely rude and met my wife and I with prejudism after having a disagreement with another couple after they were cutting several people in. Cynthia was very unprofessional and out of line yelling at my wife and I trying to intimidate us both. Yelling Are you okay? knowing she had no intentions of making the situation better. This was definitely our Last visit there after being a valuable member for 5 plus years. Costco has gone downhill in my opinion. Very disappointed

Costco is always well stocked and I like the self checkouts for the most part. Not sure why the employees hold the hand scanners instead of letting customers use them like Sams and BJs.

I was able to find everything I needed, it was busy as every other Costco is but you can always find what you need at this place.

One of my worst experiences at this specific costco location. Every visit i went, the employees seemed irritated in a way or just plain hated there job. If the job seems to stressful for you, why bother work there. As well i witnessed one of the most two faced act towards a gentleman. She greeted the customer in front of him with pure kindness but once the gentlemans turn to checkout, her mood quickly changed drastically when she saw him pulled his phone to scan the costco card. She then began to talk down to the man as he tried to help with an attitude. Felt bad for the gentleman and surprised he kept his cool. After he was done with, she goes back to treating the other customers like royalty. This type of manner shouldnt have been given to the gentleman. Highly recommend to take the extra trip to Fairfax or Chantilly where at least they show respect to all those that walked through there doors. And the plus side they have more inventory and variety of other products.

Costco Manassas (Ashton Avenue/ Sudley Manor Drive) has a new Food Kiosk and it changes the food court experience. One big slice of pizza is $1.99, Soda $0.59 and their Hotdog sandwich with soda is $1.99. I got the Hot Turkey and Provolone Sandwich $3.99. But my favorite is the Acai bowl.We buy our essentials at Costco: Water, Eggs, Bread, Toilet paper, Paper Towels, Detergent, Shampoo, Soap, Towels, Diapers, Wipes...Today, our good find is the Stone Free Naan bread dippers, Caramel Flan and Coco Busy Books. 💕💕💕🛒

Wholesale rates are kind of ok but not as low as compared to Walmart i believe. Or tough to choose between Walmart and Costco i would say rather. All in one shopping center

The store would not take back a product that caught on fire and was recalled. The supervisor (Joshua) less than helpful. Typical end of day I dont want to deal with it. They did take back someones expired lettuce next to me

This is a special review for JP, one of the employees at this Costco location. Overall, the Costco itself is wonderful-- well organized, well stocked, and clean. However, JP has consistently helped both me and my boyfriend with his cheerfulness, kindness, and helpfulness. Even when I couldnt purchase anything because I had accidentally brought the wrong membership card, my trip to Costco was overall a positive experience because JP was just so kind.Thank you to JP and all the other Costco employees who keep the store open and running smoothly! You guys do a lot!

It is a large store with many different products. They have a limited number of electric carts for those who have trouble walking. The check out staff will tell you if you buy an item that is buy one get one and even help get you the second item.Many item come in super large quantities. Watch out you dont get more than you can use. Nice employees who are quite helpful.

Costco today was crazy but they were smart by doing the line for toilet paper and water instead of having people bull rush towards it.

So glad we made the switch to a Costco membership. Great selection of things, amazing prices, and surprisingly fantastic customer service.

I love shipping at Costco

This Costco is still great, but for some reason, some of the vegetables we got here dont last very long and spoiled quickly. We went there for 3 times, and it happened every time. There was one time piles of mold tomatoes are sitting there. And the other, we got a bag of 6 avocados, and when we eat them within the week, 5 of them were spoiled on the inside. Other than that, everything else is great. Like the spacious parking lot and gracious staff.

The cashiers are very rude. They really do act like they own the store. I have gotten so frustrated that I drive down to Chantilly to shop there because they are so much nicer and friendly. I had to use my moms card once and they wouldnt let me even though my mom was at the food court. They were very rude, not listening and refused to check out. While in a similar situation at another store location when my mom was grabbing something off the shelf and I was at checkout they were understanding and not rude. The management here also blatantly looks past these rude behaviors of the staff. I tend to avoid this location and these past weeks encounter and reading the reviews about the staff has reinforced this.

IMHO.....Best Costco in NoVa. Parking, cleanliness, customer service, open lines/self check out and stock is first rate! Ive gone weekly for the past 3 weeks. They have disinfecting wipes (not always Lysol though), gloves, masks and hand sanitizer every week. One week they had Lysol spray 4 pack of large cans for $16.49. They are not price gouging on desired but limited items. My favorite Costco, always worth the trip.

Costco is always great, for prices and customer service/returns. What I took the star away for, is the parking lot, parking, and their inability to keep lines minimal, while having plenty of lanes for checking out. This location is specifically horrible. There is plenty of parking, because of the mall its connected to. I think it maybe time, since the gap between non member stores and Costco is closer together than ever. They can use some membership income to improve line and parkinv lot maintenance. Also Costco in general, is almost always equal to the places around them. Neutralizing the feature of a Costco gas discount. By simply using a grocery store or Walmart card, the gas become cheaper than Costco. I am speaking for Manassas Virginia and Fredericksburg Virginia

Big shout out to Rob the Food Court Manager, My 80yr old father who is handicap needed to come in for several items and Rob went out of his way to help ensure my father was able to get in and out as quickly as possible. Also on a different visit I noticed Rob talking with a customer that was upset about a policy about using someone else credit card, Rob handled the situation like a true professional. He was calm, polite, understanding and patient. Thank you Rob!!!!
