I took my kids here for the first time in a few years and it looks like its gone way downhill and hasnt had a good cleaning in months. Given the current pandemic situation, youd think cleanliness would be more important than ever. To quote another reviewer, theres an audible sticky sound as youre walking along the floor. The tables and chairs are dirty and the bathroom is so disgusting, it makes gas station bathrooms look decent. If my kids hadnt been so excited Id have left immediately. The flavors and selections are ok but not as good as other locations. I felt like we had to bathe in sanitizer when we were done. For the money they charge, youd be better off going to any other Sweetfrog.

This location had white/cream tile on the floor... that was *audibly* sticky with some kind of substance, everywhere I stepped, and was visibly discolored with loads of food traffic having adhered to it the floor in the mean time.If my daughter hadnt been with me, I would have walked right back out and taken my business elsewhere. It seems like this location has gone adrift, letting basic standards of cleanliness and presentation go adrift. The staff (1 person) behind the counter seemed causually apathetic to any customers entering (no greeting, no apologies for the condition of the floor, etc.), and seemed almost bothered by having to come out of the back and do work.Not recommended as a place to take your kids/family -- I worry that the safety/health conditions there have gone downhill a little.

I completely agree with the previous reviewer Kate W. The ice -cream here is nasty.. non of the flavors taste right. I just bought frozen yogurt that I ended up tossing in the trash. If this is a franchise, Sweetfrog quality assurance should be checking these places to make sure they are following the quality standards.

Sweet frog youurt place have good flavor, and clean. Kid like to have good treat for behavior or birthday party.

This was the dirtiest,nastiest sweet frog i have ever been in.And they made me put on gloves.Their scale is not showing how much ounces actually you have fill your cup with.I got one small half full cup and one medium almoust half full cup and i was charged 25$ for both 🤯.He charge me by ounces and it was more the obvious i didnt had 20 ounces each exacly the same amount in both cups.The cashier was so rude barelly said a word and didnt even offer if i wanted the receipt.I had to ask for it and his responce was Oh you want the receipt?its like he stole my money.Never ever going back there !!!!

Dole whip was here. It was fantastic. The place itself was cozy. Lots of options for yogurt and toppings. Sweet Frog is always a good choice and this location is just as good as others.

They were great and very helpful as it was my first time there and they even suggested a great combination cake batter and cookies and cream it was perfect.

Worst Sweet Frog ever! With COVID 19 they do the cup and add the toppings. Added very little amounts of toppings. When I requested extra toppings They actually charged me .50 for two extra Blueberries- Two!Super Rude workers at this store - Beware!!

The lady who attended me was very old & extremely rude! When I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager.During COVID they are giving you your yogurt + toppings. It’s flat rate fees. $6 small (up to 3 toppings), $8 medium (up to 3 toppings) & $10 large (up to 4 toppings) and if you want additional toppings they charge .50 cents. They fill the cup to the top with yogurt & barely sprinkle on toppings.Also during my time there another customer ordered a drink but they said they couldn’t blend anything there. So he asked for the ingredients in a cup and charged him an extra $1.50. He said no thanks and left.& finally when I was complaining at the register & paying she said she didn’t want my money so I said I was never going back.If you want terrible service go here! If not I recommend literally any other sweetfrog.

Terrible experience, there is no more self service and the woman that serves the ice cream doesnt wear her mask right, we could see her nose outside the mask.I pay 8 dollar for a medium cup. They only have flat rates small medium and large.If you dont want to risk your health dont go there, this place should be close ASAP.

I had my first job here and I had Never been treated more unfairly. The boss told me he would not pay me as much because it was my first job yet he paid another girl more who was younger than me more and it was also her first job. I was also unable to attend one shift, and I told the bosses in advance, yet they told the manager to not put me in any shifts. When I told him I was quitting he refused to give me his full name for my new job and when I texted him asking he said who is this? The bosses are also very biased with how they choose their employees, if you are a male, its very unlikely you will get hired. and if you are southern asian you will get treated unfairly. Sweet frog is an amazing place to eat at, but to work at not so much. My next job paid me twice as much as sweet frog, and it was only my second job. if you ever plan on working on the one on sudley manor, please think before.

This sweet frog is smaller than any other one I’ve been to, they don’t have all the flavors you would expect like peanut butter and other normal ones. Also the topping section is cut in half, the only thing that’s not cut in anything is the pricing, if anything they charge almost double I picked the pink cup which is the smallest of the 3 cup sizes blue and green are larger options however the price managed to swell to 9.62 🤔 idk if their scales are off but I’ve received larger cups with more ice cream at other locations. I’m going to stick to macha and iron ice lol half the price with way better ice cream

WOW!!! This place is awesome! Word of advice: careful on how long you hold down the lever. Might be frozen yogurt but, boy, you can add up the calories real fast! :)

Says it closes at 9:30 pulled up at 9 and they locked the doors right in front of us and then hid in the back room. I understand they have to clean the machines and so they may want to shut them off early but if your website and also the sign on the door says it closes at 9:30 then it should still be open. Seems a little ridiculous. Just wanted some froyo yo smh.

I love this place. Self-serve IceCream who could ask for more. I have been here many times and will go again. The employees are alway nice and helpful. They have seating and the place is always cool. Great

Walked in tonight at 9:14 pm, today is Thursday the 29th of August 2019 and saw that the store was being sweeped. I made my way to get a cup of Frozen Yoghurt and went up to one of the frozen yoghurt machines and tried pulling on the lever to get some yoghurt, there was none available. I looked up at the staff member who was sweeping the floor and she seemed very much not concerned at all. I asked her is your store open ? she just simply replied we are open till 9:30pm I just put the cup back and left the store. It seems the staff do not care for the customer, atleast she could have told me when I walked in that they are no longer serving customers for the night. I wasted my time and effort walking into the store at 9:14pm trying to get yoghurt when all the machines were already closed and no one interested in providing any help. They were just interested in closing up and leaving for the night. This was my second time coming into the store. Was very dissapointed in the lack of concern for customers.

We are constant customers of this place! our children love it, but my husband and I prefer the mangonadas! unfortunately the girl who took care of us did not let us know that there was not a straw in particular that brings the mangonda! Todays service was very bad !!

I came to this sweet frog with some friends, on Sunday where they were opened from 11:30-9:00. I knock on the door and the enployee looks at us and ignores us. If you can’t even open the door and explain why you the business is not open then don’t be a cashier...

This is a good place to spend time with your kids, enjoying frozen yogurt.

I dont think they do a good job on keeping the place clean. Ive been there several times and the floor is always sticky as are some of the seats. Today they were especially sticky, so much that my arm felt like it was getting waxed when I lifted it off the wood bench by the front door. Theyre also charging a premium for their frozen yogurt. Nearly $30 for 4 cups of it. I dont mind spending a premium on something as long as Im getting my moneys worth. Id have to say this last trip was not worth it.

The store said they open at 12. They didn’t open until 12:20. Called and asked if they were open, they said they open at 12 but they were running late today. Very unprofessional.

Amazing average froyo shop and they always clean the place up but I got 3 of the small sized ones for almost 30 dollars

The smoothie cups just plain and have no logo. The Thursday fillups cups also white cups with no logo whatsoever. The table was sticky, we had to wipe our table.
