I was in a jam today because I was expecting a microphone stand with the boom extension and wouldnt you know; it wasnt going arrive on time. So, I searched Facebook, the local stores and nothing. So, I decided to call the nearest pawn shops. Amazingly, I found one that had the microphone stand with a boom. That one was Centerville Gold and Pawn located off Centerville road in Manassas. I had called earlier and spoke Deni Martinez, partner and owner of Centerville Gold and Pawn - he said he had what I was looking for and at a fair price. Honestly, I was skeptical, but I took the trip to Manassas and Im glad I did. Not only was Deni right, but it was exactly start I needed. Deni was so friendly and welcoming, I didnt want to leave the shop. Deni was so helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed I knew right then and there is be back. Now, the store is not your typical big sized pawnshop; however, they carry a large assortment of production equipment that is professional grade. I was very impressed that his clientele brought their equipment here. In addition, the items are reasonably priced and in most cases, like-new condition. I rarely give 5-star ratings so easily, but Deni Martinez exemplifies good customer service and genuine customer retention skills. Meaning, Ill be back. Please pay them a visit or check them out on the Facebook Marketplace.

Even though I didnt sell an engagement ring there the customer service was by far the best in the area. Kenny was very knowledgeable and friendly right when I walked through the door and explained everything to me from start to finish. They made me and my fiancé feel comfortable with the options we had and we didnt feel pressured at all. Thank you for all your help I will be back with anything else I would need sold.

This place is awesome, they’re very open on how to price their offers. Very friendly and also the customer care is impeccable. They’ll make sure to give you every cent they offer you. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. If they don’t have 20s, 50s or 100s, rest assured you’ll get 5s and 10s. I highly recommend this place.

He actually cares about his customer and their belongings. He definitely is not there to rip anyone off like the majority of pawns shop live to do. I went in looking to sell my digital piano which was like new. So I brought it in and the guys looked at it, and gave me a very fair price close to what I was asking for considering its age. They were super friendly and thorough with the process and made it super simple for me to just come in, sell my piano and head out. The place was clean, well laid out, and definitely didnt share the sketchy atmosphere of most pawn shops Ive been to. They were professional, polite, efficient, and had that nice friend attitude, not formal or stuffy. I highly recommend this place.p.s- they have some pretty cool stuff in there too!

Staff is very friendly and welcoming and the facility is clean an organized. Where this place falls short is the lack of in house knowledge on the various items. It seems that this shortfall is supplemented by eBay so if you want to know what theyll offer you just go to eBay, find a like that sold for the least amount, then take off 70% of that and thatll be the closest estimate of what theyll offer. They just need to do a little more homework on items that come through the shop cause they if they base their margins just off that then they are going to continue to miss opportunities to make money imo.

This pawn shop is literally the cleanest one I have ever walked into. They gave me the best prices on my items I brought in and were super polite and genuine. Never had one problem here! Great owners and employees

Dealer blocks lower rating to only get the highest. Sold me product listed as new in box but was full of mud and missing the battery. Gave me only partial refund! Theft by swindleUpdate: he held my return money hostage until i got rid of this review. Im not changing this. Ive dealt with this before and a lack of integrity by a dealer being known to others is more important than me compromising mine.
