We worked with Jordan to pick bluestone for a patio and walkway renovation, and he was unbelievably good to work with. Knowledgeable and helpful, and just plain nice. As for the yard itself, the selection of stone was great and the prices were so much better here than at the other center a few miles away.

I have found Nova Stone a great place to shop for my stone need and also get ideas for my projects. I enjoy going there so much that my children have named it “Dad’s Disney World”. Though Nova Stone without doubt has great products to offer, what has really attracted me to them and got me stuck to them as my choice stone place is the kindness and how helpful and understanding the staff is. Their kindness is honey glue that got me stuck to them. I started dealing with them in 2018 with Ryan, Susan, Brian and Jerry and now with the new store manager Jordan. I cannot express my gratitude for their help enough. I had a lingering credit issue with previous management but Jordan satisfactorily resolved it when he took over. Just had a great experience with Nova Stone Manassas!! We ordered a little over 6 tons of irregular flagstone and all the fixings to go with it (stone dust and polymer blend) as well as 1 yard of 3-5inch river rock. I dealt with Jordan and I have to say the service was fantastic. Jordan helped me get everything I needed at a great price, and the delivery occurred within 48 hours. Unlike other places, Nova Stone delivers the product with a forklift instead of dumping everything onto the ground. Another added bonus is that they place it as close as to where it needs go as long as the forklift can fit. Definitely check them out if you ever need any pavers for your landscaping. Highly recommend!!!

Great customer service, reasonable prices, and delivery of 5.5 tons of Pennsylvania random stone and huge cut rocks for stairs and retainer wall. Placed stones and rocks exactly where we needed them, maneuvering the forklift around trees and plants. These guys are professional and highly responsive!

I always seem to need crushed limestone around my place and about 2 months ago I had some delivered by NOVA Stone. The delivery driver did a great job placing the bags right where I needed them. Professional, friendly and interested in my project. I tried to get him to help me unload but he said he had other deliveries to make!Now I get my own with my pickup and the loader driver knows I like my pickup so is very careful with his loading! Price is always great and they are just plain good people! I will be back for more soon!

My wife bought some stones for our patio here. Stones are fine, service was okay. Triple charged for the stones, and went back-and-forth for three weeks trying to fix it.Edit: Management followed up to apologize, correct the charge, and make it up to us. Honestly impressed theyd do that for such a small customer.

Excellent customer service! Jordan was knowledgeable and very helpful. We were allowed to take as much time as we needed to make our selections, and Jared (skilled forklifter) was super accommodating. Prices are great. During these crazy Covid-19 times, the office is using appropriate precautions while still making themselves available via phone to answer questions, and perform transactions to get us safely on our way.

You need to check these guys out before you go anywhere else if you are looking for stone or hardscape materials. This is the first place we go for all of our business and personal projects. They carry a wide array of products and if they dont have certain samples in stock, they will get them for you. The Staff are great, they are courteous and accommodating and their prices are very fair. All around an excellent company to deal with.

This is very nice stoneyard and they have high-quality material with a lot to choose from! I was in a pinch one day and put an order in for 300 ft.² of Pennsylvania vera gated flagstone and it wasn’t 30 minutes later before they sent me a message letting me know that it was ready for pick up. That is over and above and also The order I had put in had to be changed and cut they had no problem arranging that and removing 50 ft.²! The guys in the yard are super handy and helpful as they assisted the loading of all the materials! I would say the only downfall which I know will change will be the address street location as the GPS will take you to a different spot about one minute away. That Will come with time as more and more they get established for mapping! I would recommend this place for any homeowner or contractor to get assistance for purchasing materials for any size project! Again they have a very wide variety of materials at their location!
