The reason I gave this place one star is because we ordered a quart of paint and the guy mixed it but didnt shake it. We left the store and went straight to the job about 25min away. I gave the paint just a little shake but because every other place shakes the paint after they mix it I didnt shake it very well. Anyway the paint hadnt been shaken at all. Either way I has to use a screwdriver and to make sure the color matched perfectly it took a lot of mixing. Would had been nice to have a paint stick. I will say the paint did match.

Nice store. The employees offered to assist me, however I was only there to acquire paint samples. The store was clean and well organized.

Staff took the photo of an eight-year-old label and cross-referenced it to current tints, matching the old paint as nearly perfectly as could be done. Very pleased!

The Sherwin-Williams store in Manassas is great! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the store is very clearly marked for social distancing, with hand sanitizer at the registers. I felt safe there and I knew I was getting a good product.

Store managers David and Debbie went above and beyond to provide me with the correct paint (Emerald Base) when none was available at the location. Other sales associated are also to be admired because they too offer superb customer service. I have always been treated as though I was their most important customer. I have no doubt that all are treated this way. They just provide excellent service!

The store was laid out very well and it was easy to find things. There are so many colors of paint and the lighting really helped diferrentiate! The people there were very very nice and made me feel very comfortable even though I clearly am not a professional painter! I asked a lot of questions and I never felt like I was being talked down to.

I have used Sherwin Williams paints for years and love them. The service and advice I received in your Sherwin Williams store in Manassas was not good. They did not have the correct exterior base to mix up a quart of a simple yellow exterior paint and did not try to find this for me.

Be sure to not come here within 45 min of closing time. I certainly was a burden on this store. I returned a few items and bought 3 gal of Super Paint (my go-to paint for 20 years). In my long history of buying paint at SW this is the first time they did not offer to shake the paint. Instead he sluggishly pulled it from the shelf, plopped it on the counter and handed me the recipt. So... I asked him to please shake the paint. He slogged off again stuck them in the shakers, turned them on and turned them right back off. Literally 15 seconds or less. I have been to 50+ SWs. Worst experience. Worst service. I will drive to Chantilly from now on.

Employees are always sweet and helpful. They were able to accommodate our out of the box request and even loaded the heavy bucket into the car for me.
