Absolutely the worst customer service! I called to ask how soon they can provide stain match and was told one day. I came driving 45 minutes just to be greeted by a RUDE counter sales person. Yelling at me and telling me he has other wood for days and there is no way for days he can do the match. I told him I called and he said oh well. Someone please open a stain store and hire good attitude people.
