I bought a used boat from Moritz in March of this year. The tires on the boat trailer were no good and I was unable to take it the day I bought it. However they replaced the tires free of charge and offered to deliver the boat to Minot which would cut my drive in half. I took the boat out for the first time and May and had some engine trouble in the first 15 minutes. I called and discussed the situation with them and they offered to take care of it for me and they did. This was very generous as the 30 day guarantee had passed as I bought it in March and they didnt have to to do it. I am one very satisfied customer.Big shout out to Ben Renz in Sales and Craig the Service Manager!

I found a used boat online for sale in ND and I live in Texas. I drove up to buy it. It was exactly as described with a very fair price. I brought it home and immediately put it in the water. It drove great until I could smell something burning in the engine bay. My electric system caught on fire. No real damage done but to the wiring. Unknown exactly who, how or why it was miswired, Craig at Moritz stepped up and sent the new components to my mechanic to fix it. It was an excellent gesture of integrity and my boat is running like a champ. They really showed their honest character with the way the handled my transaction. I’ve bought a bunch of watercraft and Moritz is the top on my list. Feel free to open in Texas plz.

We took our Can Am Maverick in for repairs on July 22...it is now November 3 2020 and we still do not have it back. This company it is the worst when it comes to customer service they do not call you with updates. We have to make all the calls only to be fed the same story over and over again we are working on it and we will call you back...which they never do!!!!!! Example I called on 10/30 again for an update and was told that the technician was just about done and was going to take it for a test drive and at best should have it ready to go by Saturday 10/31. Guess what we still have not received a phone call!!!! And just to be clear I have talked to every one of their service advisors at some point and received the same poor service from all of them! UPDATE: We were contacted by Milt GM for Moritz he quickly stepped up and took care of us. He was my main point of contact and kept me posted with updates regularly until our unit was done, he then had the unit detailed and delivered to our residence. Thank you again Milt for your help it was greatly appreciated. Staci

Great staff! Doing my boat deal was fun and easy. Every single person there is helpful and friendly. Tim is funny has a relaxed selling style. Jordan was able to answer any questions I threw at him. Andrea made paperwork a piece of cake. My issues were addressed promptly and completely. At one point, when Tim was working with a different buyer, I needed help on my boat deal. Ben jumped right in to lend a hand. I received the experience I expect when buying a new boat. Its a great crew to work with.
My wife and I are looking for a new pontoon. Our family has a cabin on Brush Lake and we are looking to get a slip on the river. We figured we would check out a few of the places around town to see what was available and maybe what some of the differences were between different brands that are on the market.I was greeted by Todd when I came in to the store. He was possibly the worst salesman I have ever seen. He wasnt interested in showing me anything. When he asked what I was doing, I told him I was trying to get some research on new units. He said they didnt really have anything because its the end of the year. I said I understood but was still hoping someone could pitch me on their brand of boats they sell. He was unwilling. Even to the point where I thought he just wanted me to leave. So I looked around for a few minutes by myself so as not to bother Todd and then left. I think I will be taking my business elsewhere this spring.
Took my Can Am Defender in for a recall on shifter. Machine was like brand new with only 276 miles when it went in. While trying to do recall work a bolt broke off in crankshaft. The entire clutch assembly had to be cut off and motor completely torn apart and new crank shaft installed. I now have a machine with 276 miles and rebuilt motor. I asked for new machine but neither Can Am or Moritz agreed. I asked for at least a new motor, neither agreed. I have a rebuilt motor in new machine over Moritz shop breaking a bolt. I would never recommend doing business with Moritz or buying a Can Am or any other BRP product.
Stopped in there just to look for used boats for my husband. Not really thinking we were going to buy anything. Met with Dustin. He was awesome. Showed us a boat we didn’t know was going to available to us price wise. Boat had everything my husband wanted. Andrea worked with the bank and us and made the boat and payments very affordable. The customer service was laid back and friendly. It was like just hanging with friends. I’d heard good things about Moritz Marine and so glad we went there.
Jeff was awesome. From out of state, had a issue with my motor while on a fishing trip, they were very busy but Jeff helped out and ran a diagnostic for me. couldve kept me waiting but got me in. very grateful.

Where do I start? We drove 5 hours on a Saturday to look I thought at 2 boats that were exactly the same boat that the North Dakota Game Fish and Parks had traded in. When we got there only one boat was ready and the other was being cleaned and gone threw. So we settled for the boat that was ready and been gone threw. Dont get me wrong I love are new boat!! But when we went out last night are bimini top wasnt the right top for the boat. So I have text are salesman with no response. When I was looking at the pictures on the internet it didnt even look like the right Bimini Top. So I went back and looked at the other boat that was not on the lot when we got there. That boat has two extra seats then came with ours and a nice bimini top snap in carpet? So my question is I probably would of took the NICER boat if it was there when I drove 5 hours to look at them. Just seems to me they took all the nice equipment put on one boat because of the deal they made with me..Yes maybe I should of went threw the boat more when I got there on Saturday at 1 when they close at 2 but being the nice guy I didnt want nobody to stay late..UPDATE:I got a hold of Eric the Salesman and he apologized for the Bimini top not fitting. The owner Jordan also Text me and said he would have a new suntop and seat delivered to my area. So going to change to 4 stars it would be 5 if I could of looked at both boats for such a long drive.

We came to look at UTVs and our salesman was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us and all my questions. Very laid-back and easy going...no high pressure sales. He explained all the differences between the three models we were looking at as well as gave us his opinion on what would most likely work best for our purposes. He also offered us some smart finance options/suggestions. We have not purchased yet but will definitely be going back once we decide what to get!

Moritz Sports is very accommodating and thorough. I have been taking my pontoon and my personal watercraft to them for servicing, repairs, winterization, and shrink wrapping for over a dozen years. Their prices are competitive and their service people are knowledgeable.
Found a new 4 wheeler on the website, called the next day and got ahold of Keri in sales to see if they still had it. They did and they held it for me until I could get there which was 10 minutes before they closed. Very easy to work with and very helpful!

I have been shopping for a left over 2019 X3 turbo. These guys have 1 on their website at $2000 ABOVE MSRP. Other dealers around the nation are selling them at for $14k and they have theirs at over $21k. Unreal.I tried to snow check a new sled this year with them and they quoted me MSRP. Ended up snow checking a new one down in SD for thousands less.Unless you have enough in your pocket to give them money for nothing might want to look around.
They allowed me to ask questions and were not pushy to buy anything

Took my boat in after purchasing it in June. Told them to fix everything. I received my boat back and it broke down within a half hour. Took it back in, got it fixed and forked over more money. I got it back and it broke down AGAIN same day. I called and told them what had happened and they told me to go somewhere else. Please dont give these people your business.
I bought a can am spyder here a few years ago, no high pressure sales staff and they gave me a great price!! I will definitely be buying my next spyder from them in the future.
