Great place. Helpful and friendly service. Purchased motorcycles, an ATV, lawnmower, accessories, and had service work done to one of my cycles in the past. Always seemed to be straight forward and easy to talk to. Everyone has an off day but I have yet to experience it here. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Shawn can be lack of a better word, unprofessional. He talks in circles. He constantly insists that I buy new or I need to fix something. If Im not spending money, Im worthless to him. Pushing the customer into purchasing is a lousy way to get a fan base & business. Ill take my business somewhere else other than here - avoid Shawn at all costs.Update: Of course youre going to be biased and say Shawn is an awesome manager, hes your employee. How he projects himself to his employer and to customers can be very different, which I hope you wouldnt be naive about. Simply put, I dont plan on coming back here. I will probably also suggest other people to take their business elsewhere. Sad part is, great employees that you have like Trent & Josh in service, get a bad rap when theres people like Shawn in management. Those 2 are the great ones. They should be the manager(s) of the service department. I am well aware that servicing a machine entails FIXING. Im also aware if I want to spend my money buying new or fixing old, which might exceed the cost of a new machine. With myself not showing up in your database is a great way of removing the blame and fault on your end.

I have purchased numerous items from Dusty at open road Honda and I have always been treated more than fair and professionally. My most recent experience is I went on a bike trip with Dusty adventure riding. I had issue with fork seal leaking due to crud getting in there. Dusty was on the phone talking to his people to research a better possible seal immediately that day. He was also outside the next morning wiping the forks off. I never asked him to do this but that’s CUSTOMER service. Upon the end of trip he called me and set up time for tires service and the seals. Being I’m a hundred miles away we set a time and I took bike in. Less than a week and service called said it’s done,I didn’t think it would be done for sometime later, again GREAT service. I happened to be down that way and Dusty was willing to meet on Sunday so I could pick it up and saved me a extra trip. There is a Honda dealer in my city but I will always take my business to Open Road Honda and continue to tell people of my experience with them

As a business owner I appreciate the fast turn around on ordering parts. Last week I ordered a part next day delivery. I ordered it at 11am and they called me at 1pm the next day to tell that my part was in. Awesome job

I love this place! The guys are here are all great, super helpful, really nice people all around. Decent prices for everything from parts to gear to accessories, wheelers, bikes, generators, motorcycles, lawn mowers, snow blowers, etc. I have done business with these guys for over 10 years & its the only place I will take my Honda stuff for work to be done on them. These guys are great!

Had a crack in my fron tire after a good day of riding. Called oved and was told to bring it by. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service. For a kid that is 17 he was knowledgeable and helpful. Also held his sales stance and carried himself extremely professional manner. Was in an out in under 45 min. Thanks guys..

Great customer service and the owners were on site and extremely friendly. They set me up with a HRX mower and I couldnt be happier. That mower has power on top of power and runs quiet.

Just got a motorcycle from here, this is the second time Ive been to Open Road Honda in the past 2 years the first time we financed a 2014 Honda 450r wonderful atv, we absolutely love it, as for the motorcycle, we havent picked it up just yet but very excited to! We always get excellent customer service, and the finance department is amazing!!!! All I have to say is Open Road Honda is the place to be! I would not regard someone elses comments, they are very friendly here, and always the best with customer service!!!! A+++++ to all of the departments here, thank you for everything.

Have bought atvs from here. Everyone seems super friendly, down to earth, and they do work with you on making deals etc. Of course Honda basicly sells itself. They do however seem to have some miscommunication between employees. I have not had experience with their service department yet.

I have had a few purchases with Open Road Honda over the past several years and I have always found the staff friendly and helpful with an enjoyable buying experience every time. Really a terrific business!

The only reason they got 1 star is because I couldnt give them zero. I took in my 99 CBR 600 in for some wiring work. This ended up having to pay $200 for them to tighten up a few connections, owell if it was fixed but it wasnt. When I got the bike back I found that they did a break stand with it and burnt the tire down to the threads. There was rubber sticking to the rear fender, it is very obvious what happened. So the next day they got a call and the manager denied everything, he wouldnt even say he was sorry, very much not impressed with customer service. After that I took it for a little ride to see if it at least worked. I drove 25miles and had to have someone pick me up because it completely died. I got the bike back in far worse shape than when I took it in. They ended up charging me too break my bike worse and deny everything. You cant trust them and they wont stand behind their work, dont take your Hondas here.

04 Honda vtx 1300 needed a tune up. They got the carb cleaned up and jetted, (after 8 days when they told me 3, neat trick to get you in the door). Got her back, thought all was well. Nope, ran terrible, backfires, on/off throttle woes, surging etc. Took it back in, they put it on the dyno and told me they couldnt get it to act up. Im calling b.s. it runs terrible as soon as you start it up, hot or cold. The tech was extremely dismissive and basically told me I dont know what Im talking about. Gave me stories about single pin cranks not idling well etc. Thing is, Ive owned this bike for 14 years, I know how it feels, sounds and shakes when its running right, or running poorly. Not to mention it smells horribly of gas and gets 90 miles or less per tank. So here we are after 2 visits and being told Im nuts, with a bike that runs terribly. Glad i paid almost 300 bucks for them to fix it. Extremely frustrating. Never again will I come to open road for anything. Its one thing to have trouble with a machine, but to dismiss me as if I dont know what Im talking about? Shame on the service department. Absolute f#*×ing joke.

Ive spent atleast a little over 20k in the last couple years at open road Honda. I can tell you that I will never ever do business with them again. First, the salesman has ripped me off on my CBR600rr that Ive bought there. Second, I have seen him try to rip one of my buddies off on an atv there also. Hes had nothing but problems there always getting screwed over from the start and was also a good customer there. Then after all this I try taking warranty off of my bike trying to get my money back since last year of October and still never got on the ball of that. Finally I had to do something about it and got atleast most of my warranty cause Im sick and tired of the games they try to play with a person. LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Never again will I buy anything from them! Next time treat your customers with respect and dont argue with them.

Doing an updated review purchased a snowblower on 3/6/19 salesman was very helpful with the buying process and getting it loaded up into my truck with me and helping filling out the warranty info my only issue with buying at open road honda at this point is the same issue i have with bismarck honda it is the financing department which is out of there hands i understand but honda definetly needs to be more flexible with people with moderate credit and higher than average yearly earnings but i will be returning in the future for any honda purchases

I Had my bike worked at another shop. Some of the work was in question took it over to Shawn in service he had Casey his master tech fix up the other shops mistakes. I dont own a Honda but I will be taking both my motorcycles back to Shawn and his guys. A+++ service work.
