Not a great experience. I was working with one of their New Team members who in full disclosure; was a much previous colleague of mine who I hadnt seen in years. When they sent the wrong shirts and this colleague had since left, the service just plummeted. Both owners literally blamed all the mistakes on the previous New Employee. Then raised the price of the replacement shirts dramatically. In the very end, when my emails were not being returned, they even found a way to blame that on the previous short-term employee. In my experience, they dont take responsibility for their own work or the Team THEY allow to represent them. They falsely project the clear mistakes made by their company, in a very unprofessional way that made me feel very uncomfortable. Never ONCE taking accountability, even about communication errors. Instead the first excuse was your emails were going to my spam folder then it was actually I only created that email to communicate with the short-term previous employee. Either way you shake it, I found the behavior of the owners and childish blame game to be nauseating. The quality of the shirts is just about what Id find at their competitors, nothing to write home about.
