I cant sing the praises of David and his crew enough. I had bought a bad battery from AutoZone and David handle the exchange. I also appreciate the honesty of the diagnosis and the fair charge for labor. And not only was the repair completed in record time, but they even caught that it was overdue for an oil change and got that done too! The only way this could be any better was if they did house calls.

Very good shop lots of bay space. Very spacious and clean waiting area and they have free wifi. The staff is friendly and the technicians are very helpful and they do a good job the first time. The owner is very involved in the process and makes sure things get done as promised.

They get it! Fast service. Very amenable staff. Clean and comfortable waiting area. Surprisingly reasonable price. I stopped on my way to buy a tail light bulb. Imagine my surprise that 1) they had my bulb in stock; and 2) They would replace it right then while I waited. Smartest decision Ive made all week. In a few minutes I had a new bulb installed for a third of what I thought it would cost. Great team with a winning formula for customer care.

For an mechanic shop the lobby was VERY clean!

Did a lift needed an alignment Anthony was very observant on everything even pointed out how he thought my brake line was leaking as it was still wet from instilling the lift .truck was pulling right came back and he found loose bolts i had rushed over and forgot to fully tighten to spec. Very professional respectful people

This place is fantastic. The alternator went out on my 2012 Acura, I was able to drop the vehicle off on Saturday which really helped me out. I asked them to inspect the brakes as this vehicle is going to be driven by my daughter. They determined it did need a brake job (I figured). Heard back from them by Tuesday that work was completed but open a test drive they noticed a wheel bearing that was failing (I was wondering what that sound was lol). They told me it didn’t HAVE to be changed now but I figured may as well since it was already in the shop. They said give them one more day to get it out, I informed them no one was currently driving the vehicle and to take their time and customers who actually needed their vehicle. Friday they called in the morning saying it was completed. Less then a week to change alternator, do brakes and replace a wheel bearing on a vehicle I told them it was no rush. I found their pricing competitive but their Customer Service is above and beyond. Great job Autoville!!! I’ll be back!

Total professionalism from start to finish. I was explained costs for diagnostic and when repairs were needed, explained all costs associated with the repair. These guys run a great shop. If youre looking for a great place to have your vehicle serviced or repaired, look no further. Autoville is now my go to place.

I got two new tires, an oil change and a 170k mile check up. Very honest assessment from team, and Mandy was very honest and never gouging or trying to make a fool of anyone. I saw how she assisted other clients, and thats the face and personality you need to represent a car repair shop, where so many of us already feel insecure and ignorant about car repairs. I brought my 2014 Chevy Traverse in to have my AC checked out. Expecting the worse out of my system the team over at Autoville was extremely helpful and quickly found out what my issue was. They repaired my ac, even did a oil change while it was there for very reasonable price (way below what I had expected it to cost), and quickly had my vehicle back to me. Truck was running hot while spraying antifreeze all over. They told me they would need me to leave it with them. I told them no problem. 20 min later they said they were able to look at and they said i blew a head and that they do not do engine work, but they could get me a price for an engine. I told them i would not be putting an engine in my truck ( which has over 300k miles on it). So I had it towed from there shop to a shop in Kenner. Come to find out, the water pump went out.So my thoughts are they either know nothing about repairing vehicles or they did not want to fool with it. Would not recommend at all. also charged me 19.99 + tax for the test they said they performed (do not think they even ran a test)

Both locations are excellent you really cannot find better service anywhere in the greater New Orleans area. The owner is an ASE Certified Master Technician who goes above & beyond to make sure the job was done on time, and for the price that was quoted to me. My family has been going to his shop since they 1st opened, and will continue to use Autoville for all of our automotive repairs. No job is to big or to small. I drive all the way from Gretna on the Westbank for any work preformed on my familys cars & trucks. Like just today drove from Gretna just for an Oil Change & Tire Rotation. Its always a good idea to support locally owned businesses. As long as they keep up the great work Autoville, and youll have our business for life.

Brake Tag (aka Inspection Sticker) expired: got it updated here at Autoville. Friendly staff, quick service, & now I dont have to worry about that $120 ticket!

My car was brought here by the Ray Brandt collision center. I had to bring my car back to the shop because of multiple problems one of them being my car pulls to the right pretty badly. My car is not even 6 months old and Ray Brandt claimed my car drives straight as an arrow. If I let go of my wheel, i drift to the right either entering another lane or going off the road if I allowed it. Both insurance and Hyundai corporate agree that this car is a hazard the way it was delivered. Ibrought my car to an actual reputable dealership and the car was not aligned at all. Im not sure if their rack machine malfunctioned or if these people are just as incompetent as Ray Brandt.
