Excellent customer service. They resolved all my issues promptly. I loved the service. They were really cool. I will do Tmobile again and again.I have been using them since 2016 and since I am not based in the US yet its fantastic how I can keep my line fir 3$ monthly and use it overseas.Amazing, please hurry and come to West Africa specifically Lagos Nigeria.Love you guys

Excellent, knowledgeable, courteous staff. You have a question? They can ALWAYS help. This is relative to the MANDEVILLE Store.To th person who gave a negative review on the (BS) pricing. Read before you sign an agreement. I don’t but you probably should. These people will give you time and explain pricing. It’s not rocket science!. I suggest you choose another avenue, but you won’t get the service.And to the person who had issue with the store not ordering a phone and you ordered online.No big deal! This isn’t instant gratification!You probably spoke with an employee of the former sprint owned company.TMobile spends many $$ training their employees. The service is impeccable.YESTERDAY IS HISTORY,TOMORROW’S A MYSTERYTODAY IS A PRESENTENJOY IT!!

Billy D. Williams was awesome. Very professional & got us exactly what we wanted. Ever since my husband & I switched over from AT&T we have been very happy. Sprint is more willing to help the customer & listen to what we would like. I definitely recommend them! You wont be sorry.

I needed help because I just bought a new phone,and they were supposed to have transferred my photos from my old phone but I couldnt find them. They basically said you have to find them yourself. I went to the Sprint store in Metairie today,and Glen took the memory card out of my old phone and put it in my new phone. I got my pictures back and I am so grateful.

Went in to buy a new phone and they had a great deal, but were out of the phone. They couldnt even order it. I came home and went to the website and my phone is on the way. Wasted time going to the store

Ordered two new phones online and they were to be picked up at a designated time. I got there at the time they were to be picked up and the Sprint employee hadnt started the transfer or sale process. Not a big deal because I had some extra time but it wouldve been nice for the phones to be ready at the time they said they would. Overall I did receive good service.

Very nice employees. Was disappointed in the price for a charger for my phone since the the one I had wasnt working properly. Would of gave 5 stars if the employee new if I could get the charger cheaper or they price matched. 38$ for a wire is pricey

Really slow service. Several employees, very very customers, we were greeted many times, but it was several minutes before they began to help us. Very pleasant and helpful at that point. Super salesy, too. Kept trying to sell us on an iPad or tablet despite us saying we were only interested in a phone. But store was clean and staff was informative.

Awesome store the staff all have great personalities and always knowledgeable about plans, services and devices. I live 20 mins from this store and pass 2 sprint stores just to visit this store. I recommend this store to anyone who have sprint service. Management is awesome btw.

The Mandeville Sprint store has some of the worst customer services ever. I use to work for sprint corp call center and never would have imagined treating my customers the way I was treated when I was returning a device that did not improve my cell reception as promised.

Went here at the end of February. Sales associate Karla told me there was a promo for the iphone7. She specifically wrote down that the iphone se would be free if i purchased the iphone7. Almost 4 months later, i am still getting charged for the SE. Contacted Sprint and went and talked to Karla. Now i am being told the promo was over when i purchased the phones. I even brought in the paper she wrote the quote on and they will not honor it! Beware! Very dishonest! I switched to Sprint to save money and now i am spending more. Will be reporting this to the BBB.

I went in to this location today with my mother only to be treated absolutely terribly by a salesperson named April Swaggerty. How this person is allowed to work in customer service is beyond me. We started our conversation by telling April that my father had just passed away and we needed to change our plan. After Ms. Swaggerty fumbled around on her computer for 15 minutes trying to log in to her account she finally started to assist us with a blatantly rude attitude because somehow its our fault that she cant navigate her own computer system. She couldnt figure out what to do so instead of asking another co-worker or supervisor for help she said we would have to drive across the lake to talk with someone at the corporate office. She wouldnt go into any further explanation and when questioned she became extremely aggressive. She made my poor mother so uncomfortable we just had to leave the store to get away from her outright nastiness. She just lost her husband and is trying to get her affairs in order. She doesnt need to be treated like garbage from some asinine little girl. Our experience today was so horrible that weve considered taking our business elsewhere as to not have to deal with this person again in the future. Sprint seriously needs to re-evaluate its staff & hopefully make personnel changes. I will definitely spread the word to friends and family about the terrible service we received from April Swaggerty today. Her behavior is downright unacceptable.

Came and got a phone/ contract over two years ago. Was given a monthly quote by the employee at this location and the price I paid exceeded that by about 30 dollars a month. I have filed with the BBB, and FCC and hope they throw out Sprints Arbitration and allow class action lawsuits. Sprint charges you bullshit monthly service charges be wary.
