Huge shout out to Shay for all of her help and patience with us yesterday evening. We werent able to make it to the store until 6:30 and they closed at 7. Shay explained all of our options to us for billing and everything and was extremely helpful! She was an absolute pleasure to work with even when we kept her there 30 mins after closing time!

She sold me a cell phone cover on November 6, 2020. Over the weekend I tried to register it for the warranty. I was not successful. I phoned her on Tuesday, November 10, 2020. Dave is the man. By far the best experience Ive had buying a phone, I was in and out in 20 minutes. This place is run far better than the other local AT&T stores.

My IPhone 6 died while I was using it, but I had an extra one that my husband wasn’t using. I went to this store to get help with accessing data from my Icloud after I had swapped out the SIM cards. I was lucky enough to have Neka to help me. She was very friendly, calm and knowledgeable. She explained procedures in a way that I could understand. She also informed me about different options available for upgrades. Before retiring I worked in customer service and Neka did a wonderful job. I will be coming back to this store for my next purchase.

I needed a new phone and while I was there they convinced me to take advantage of a buy one get one sale. A month later I was charged full price for two phones. I spent hours on the phone with AT&T and this store and the next month I was charged for THREE phones. More hours spent on the phone with both and got it down to only paying full price for two phones. They’re not able to fix their mistakes. They knew they told me buy one get one but that didn’t matter. So much wasted time and energy, not to mention the money.

Terrible and unprofessional. Do not waste your time going here.

I’ve had a bad experience in the past when it comes down to dealing with AT&T. I was going to eat at Reginelli’s and realized they had AT&T right next to me. I went there to resolve my current frustrations with my account and immediately the employees were helpful and understanding of my situation. I will definitely be going back to this location from now!

I first called and spoke to Neka, a rep. She was by far the most knowledgeable ATT person I have ever talked to, and she answered every question I had quickly. I was so impressed I made an appt to come see her, and just FYI-this is not the closest store to me. I was amazed with her professionalism, product knowledge, customer insight, and communication skills. She is a very special young lady who is going to do well! She sold me a phone, helped me add a line, and checked over my bill. Anything she didn’t know right away, she knew within a minute or two. She derserves a raise. I’ve never been so impressed and will be back just to see her! Also, there was a sincere desire for her to help. I’ve never experienced that before-I usually feel like a number or Quota. Store was very clean and staff got along well. I’ll be back to this location.
