My daughters wedding was Sept 4,2021. It was one week after a major hurricane hit our area. We didn’t know if this wedding was going to happen. But with hope, prayers and the incredible staff at About Face of Mandeville it happened. I contacted the owner Natalie days before the wedding, knowing everyone was out of power and possibly displaced.I was so surprised and happy when she said we are going to be there for your daughters wedding. That was the best news ever! Natalie and Taylor were there on time and ready to work. They are absolutely amazing and masters of what they do. We had so much fun with these ladies and we all looked absolutely amazing. I will always be grateful to these ladies for making my daughters wedding day complete. I can’t thank them enough!! To the entire staff at About Face of Mandeville, we love you and appreciate all you did for us. You went above and beyond and made my daughters wedding day unforgettable. Thank you !!

Ive driven past this place a million times and never looked into it. Why not?!? Im so angry with myself for not doing so sooner. I booked an appointment online the same day for a brow wax and lash lift. Cherami did a great job on both! I was so relaxed during the visit, I dozed off twice. Seriously. Great spa I had a dermaplanning and super lift. My brow, chin and lip waxed. Everything was explained as it was being done. I enjoyed being pampered and the results are amazing. Service was great.

Love all the ladies at this shop! Lauren and Natalie do the best makeup applications and lash extensions and Gabie is a perfectionist when it comes to facials and the results show every time! Theyve done my wedding makeup, my maternity picture makeup, first baby pictures makeup, my sister in laws wedding makeup, date night makeup and several other friends makeup. Love About Face! Very clean and professional, and high quality products both used during services and sold in the store. Highly recommend the esthetician Meagan, from lash tints, to facials and microblading and even makeup application. She never disappoints!

My wife had Meagan from About Face wax my eyebrows and clean them up for our wedding. She did a great job and made them look natural without having a feminine waxed look.

I used Erika for microblading and she did an excellent job. She is professional, gentle and takes her time to make them perfect!

I recently had my eyebrows microbladed with their artist, Erika vonEberstein. I am so pleased with her work! The experience was much easier than I had envisioned. She did a very good job of explaining to me each and every step as we had the initial visit and the touch up appointment. I have gotten so many compliments on my eyebrows. It is unbelievable how much better my brows are now, yet still maintaining their natural shape and form! I would highly recommend you see Erika for your brow needs!!

DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR WEDDING!They cannot get it together at all with scheduling. Only one girl handles the books for bridal appointments and if shes not there, youll never get answers. They messed up my trial run appointment twice and said I wasnt even on the books for hair, only makeup. They contract out and no one even knew the girl who was supposed to do my hair. I went with another company because if they couldnt get it together for the trial run, I wouldnt trust them on my wedding day!

They have great products and services and the employees are very knowledgeable about what the store offers. The environment is nice because its a small shop and it makes it easier to get assistance compared to your typical makeup place like MAC, Ulta etc. The new manager Lauren has kept the store more organized and is on top of all the appointments and even does makeup lessons!Everytime I go in, everyone is very friendly. Oh and this place is great for little gifts. Love their jewelry and bath products :) !
