Incredible. This place makes you wonder what every other restaurant and cafe is doing wrong. Pay before you eat. Exceptionally fast service, and the food was perfect. While we were dining, you could tell the staff were in tune and working seamlessly to keep the place fast, clean, and moving. Awesome customer service. I have never written a good review, but this place was so good I had to.
Very good! The club sandwich is easily enough for two people and perfectly made. Salads are also huge with fresh, creative ingredients. Both meals I had were prepared to order and qjuick. Look forward to stopping here again when in the area.
I loved the place!!! Great selection of food, you could tell they use the freshest& best ingredients in their food. I had the saltado & the plate was immaculate 👌🏼. I would recommend it. The teas there 👌🏼
Awesome beignets and really good breakfast. No frills breakfast cafe try the granola and yogurt or pancakes.
Food is always great, worth waiting if you see a line. Walking here from the MB pier on the strand is a perfect start to the day.(For some reason, I also love the passion ice tea here, for the ice tea people.)
14$ for a stupidly simple breakfast (toast+avocado+egg) and another 5 for coffee. Coffee was fine, but I saw him accidentally mix decaf with regular drip when making someones coffee. Business has political memes taped to the glass where you wait in line👎. Service is decent. Ill try the place across the street next time.
Its an order at the counter place. I guess they were featured on a show in the past. Food was very good portion size was huge. My only gripe was that that I ordered 4 entries and 3 of them came out. The guy went back and asked about my 4th Was told I didnt order it. The receipt was not detailed and so they rang me up for it again. Then he comes out and gives me the food instantly food instantly realizing they did. He told me hed void the 2nd transaction and never did. Problems happen mistakes occur. But Forgetting on top of making a mistake Almost seems intentional. Its worse for them Because even though I liked the food I wont return to a place that I cant trust. If they would do that with money I cant imagine what they would do with food.
Like this seemingly cross-culture eatery place: it feels a bit British somehow (maybe the books on the wall, maybe the server wearing the newsboy cap), but in the breezy sea city, with a generous ocean view and beach access. The food portion is huge, normally one dish can serve two adults. Food variety is great: healthy, comfort, vegetarian, meaty. Definitely a wonderful go to place on any early morning after a run on the famed Manhattan Beach!!
Just love those choclate chip pancakes easy on the choclate chips. and all the antidotes the owner puts up all over the counter. Reasonably priced for the area and your definetly going to get some beach vibes when your here.

We love the manhattan, el guapo, Alicia, bolsa chica sandwiches, husband gets fuego burger with French fries. Order the breakfast potatoes too. Pretty awesome place and is right by the strand. My order lately is Bolsa Chica sandwich or the Cobb salad. My kid loves Nacho & Justin, they always give her a special treat. Stay in business North End my family loves you ❤
Ordered the Mac & Cheese, the Sloppy Ho (thats right), & Kalua Pig Monte Cristo Egg Rolls. Portions were great, side salad was very simple, just some greens with a mustard vinaigrette. The rolls were tasty, and not small whatsoever. Would love to try more of their sandwiches, and apparently their beignets are great, too.

Wow! We stumbled upon North end cafe for breakfast on our trip to the strand and oh my god are we glad. This little spot is incredible not to mention you’re just a short walk from the water. I highly recommend the huevo divorciados and the bobbin! Grab it to go and enjoy your breakfast on the beach!

PARTING WAYS!!I came to eat brunch on 7.16.2020. I ordered my usual and noticed this sign while cashier was ringing me up. I completed my order knowing this would be my last time spending my money here. I respect everyones opinions and support locals businesses as well but HITLER, HANGMAN, RACE OBSESSION, & TOTALITARIANISM is being used to spread evil. This hangman of the day is very uncalled for and shouldnt be there if you are trying to run a business. I also overheard a women complaining about having to follow CDC regulation for the restaurant. I believe this women was a owner or a manager.Im a person of color and no longer trust this business with the handling of my food or the in your face comments that is placed for everyone to see. This restaurant has a Chauvinist intolerant culture!!!!!

One of my favorite menus in the South Bay! Tons of options no matter what your preferences are. You can taste the quality and love put into your food. Justin and Nacho are such amazing people. Great view, only 2 blocks from the beach, which makes parking a bit difficult. Definitely try some of their fresh beignets. Highly recommend the mancakes and the short rib hash!

I eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I love how their customer service is always good and they keep the spot neat at all times. Rates are reasonable and they serve big portions.

These are the best breakfast potatoes I have ever tasted. Browned and seasoned on the outside, puffy on the inside, exactly the right amount of oil so that theyre crispy but not greasy. The scrambled egg burritos and ginger limeade also great. But potatoes were the star.
One of my favorite places in the world to eat. All the right things mixed in. Beach view. Amazing food with mixed flavors. Sandwiches like youve never had, big salads, breakfast to die for. I cant really pick a favorite meal here, but I LOVED when they did dinner for a while too. Love it all.Not to mention the people there are the cherry on top. Really great people.
My girlfriend and I have enjoyed every meal we have had from here. Dinner and breakfast have always been great with outside seating and dog friendly service. Been here about 5 times to date, going again now!

My favorite items include the Cali Cubano, North Fillet, chorizo tacos, egg tacos, tomato bisque soup, egg rolls... pretty much everything I have tried on the menu! 1 block from the beach, great beer and excellent times!

This place is AMAZING! I got the Juanito breakfast, and my spouse the Alicia Sandwich, and both were made to perfection. I havent had this good of a breakfast in some time. Great customer service. Nice area. What more can you ask for?!
Food was great, had a very sarcastic response from the server after tipping 3 dollars in my card and another 4 dollars in the tip jar. His comment was sorry for the bad service which I was confused at first. I mean Im sorry if 7 dollars wasnt enough for tipping, or if youre not having a great day I hope you manage to have a better day. I did want to let you know that your service was great, I just couldnt afford to tip more than that. Please understand that.

Their espresso is so delicious!!! Came in around lunchtime ordered quickluly and found a seat easily! I tried their Short Rib Tacos (one of the specials) and they were amazing! Portion size was great I only ate 1 taco and saved the other one for later! Sweet potatoe fries were excellent also. Ill be back for sure!

When I lived in Manhattan beach I used to frequent this place weekly. Amazing food. Egg tacos, dos burritos, and the Cuban egg rolls are the best!! EXTRA MOJO !! I dream about eating here in the future. Mmmmm yummy

Came here for breakfast on New Years eve. Got a table right away. I thought the menu was a tiny bit overpriced, but after the breakfasts came I felt like I got a bargain. The portions were ample (even a bit large) and the quality was excellent. I got an egg sandwich called the Guapo. Eggs, bacon, ham, cheese and sausage on a roll. $10. Tasted awesome, and when I finished it I was quite full. Highly recommend. Note: Manhattan Beach breakfast joints tend to have big waits on the weekends. I bet on a normal sunny Saturday thats the case here. But its a cold, not quite raining New Years Eve, so not typical. I think it would be worth the wait anyway.

Pretty chill spot for simple comfort foods and simple coffee drinks. Its a very small space with no clear waiting area, though, so we awkwardly milled about and got in the way while we waited for our drinks to come out. One of the waiters got a little snippy when I double checked that my drink was non-dairy, but I think he misunderstood the question.

Great food, great ingredients, a real food lovers restaurant. Breakfast, lunch and dinner serve moderate to large plates. The homemade pasta is hard to pass up. Specials are always based on the freshest available ingredients. Recently had Salmon over noodles, braised short ribs with mac and cheese is a favorite when they have it.

Eggs from hell is a dish from heaven. Spicy eggs mixed with magic are presented alongside homefries (the square crispy kind) and 3 warm tortillas. I like to combine the eggs and homefries together into the tortilla to make myself a perfect breakfast taco.The coffee is good and you can refill on your way out to a nice stroll along the beach.

Showed up when restaurant was virtually empty. Family and I gave order for 3 lattes at 8:08. Behind us a line began. The guy at the register took order after order after order. We watched food coming out for the people that ordered behind us. 20 minutes later we got our coffee as he made them after the line had cleared.

This place looks like a movie set of a romantic comedy. A tiny Chic Cafe serving craft food next to a beautiful California beach. The smell of strong coffee and fresh breakfast brought me in. Had the dos burrito two breakfast burritos servered with warm chopped potatoes. Clean. Light. Healthy. This place is a little pricy and does get crowded.. also parking is pretty bad too but worth stopping in.
Probably one of my favorite bars to visit on the weekend. It has a real local feel and pretty good food as well. Its nicer than a dive bar but still really casual and beachy.
Food is good with generous sized portions. People are nice. Service is sometimes questionable. Last time I was here I went to the restroom and they took my half finished breakfast and threw it away before I got back to the table.
Found this place on Google after seeing it on DDD. Food was legit, we eat out a lot, and I travel for work all year, I read reviews a lot, only stop to review if ita worth it, this was awesome. Its small, but service was fantastic and authentic. Just pop in and relax with a great meal and quality location and experience .

This place is incredible! It is a great gem on the Highland corridor. Went for lunch and was blown away by the Monte Cristo egg rolls! It sounded interesting on the menu but when they showed up woth an amazing dipping sauce, it defied logic on how good they were. I also ordered a Tommy Boy sandwhich. It is perfectly cooked short rib that is breaded and deep fried on a soft roll with cole slaw, cheese and avocado. Simply delicious! I cannot wait to try other things on the menu so i will be back for sure!!!
