My wife and I purchased 2 phones (S20 Ultra) and Rachael was our sales associate. She made the whole process very stressful and an experience that left a bad taste in each of our mouths. She made us feel unimportant and that she new everything. Worst experience in my life, should have waited for Brandon to help us because he has always made us feel good about ourselves each time we have visited the Manhattan, KS store. Rachael should find a different kind of work because she is terrible at pleasing the customer.

Michael T is the best! He has helped me switch from another company to US Cellular and made it very easy and explained everything and theres been no hidden costs or fees. He is always available if I need something or have a question and I switched all 4 lines to US Cellular because he is that awesome!

Such WONDERFUL kind, helpful people! When we were finished with my business the salesperson even walked me out! US Cellular for life!!!!

I was told lies twice by 2 different sales reps. They dont care about what they told you as long as they get their money. I would not recommend going to or dealing with this store unless u want to spend 2 hours being lied to.

Horrible customer service, no knowledge of products, will tell u anything to make a sale. absolutely the worst store Ive ever been to. i would recommend this store to no one unless u like liars and ppl who only care about making money.

Combined 2 stores into 1 still the same old thing 2 people working. I was the 3rd one to walk out after standing there for 20 minutes. I know there was someone in the back he came in when the rest of us did. And he helped the ups guy but he never came out to help any customers. Terrible customer service
