The store is small. Everything seemed cluttered and unorganized. The staff walking around never asked if I needed help and I had to find someone to help me. But both the lady and guy at the cash register were kind and had wonderful attitudes

Store seemed to be larger than most stores. It may have been how the store was laid out. They had different selections of items. The stor was well stocked and all of the employees were very nice and friendly. They had everything we went in to shop for. They prices were great as well.

Very cool store! Its always clean as well. Always huge selections of the newest items on the market. Id enjoy going here as often as I can because there is always something that is on sale that I have been looking for. The employees are always friendly and eager to help you find whatever you are looking for.

Great store. I typically shop here for kitchen items. The selection is great and there usually the only place in town that has higher quality kitchen goods. Ive purchased all of my locking food containers from here, they were the only store to have them in stock, in all the different sizes. The staff is always helpful in locating items and seems knowledgeable on the products.

Always find something I didnt know I needed.

Bought a Cuisinart Coffee Maker(BPA FREE!!!), had multiple questions! all answered by Summer and Hunter. These ladies provided Superior Customer Service, I wish all stores had their standards. Kudos to Both! Will return to shop again.

Service was great. Even though my item was not on the shelves, the young lady did not hesitate to look for it until she found it.

So much to see and so many gadgets and candles and stuff!! Love the store. Check out lady was nice. She had a question about my product price and had to ask the managers. Managers were short and brass with her. Didnt think that was necessary.

Oh my Lord, Whats worse taking your kids to Toys R Us or taking your Spouse to Bed bath and Beyond.. THEY HAVE A BUILD YOUR OWN THROW PILLOWS LADIES!!! Okay, my husband said no next time Lol I know what that means I tell my kids that going down the toy aisle 😂. Great store real easy to spend a lot money there.

Got a wonderful deal on a griddle and crock pot for my sons college for $20 in total you want to make plans in the future to drive back to Mansfield from Elyria Ohio and pick another set up great experience hope they do not close her rumors that they might be closing down

I love bed bath and beyond but they are pricey. I could buy the same products for less online but do go there if I need something fast. Will continue to shop here for necessary products I need right away, but things I can wait for, I’ll shop online

Love this store. We went in to find an inspiration for a gift for someone who is very difficult to shop for. Well, it didnt take long until we had the most wanted on everyones list. Cost me but what wonderful experience.

Been shopping here for years and I always have a great experience and they always seem to have exactly what Im looking for. customer service is fantastic and they are actually walking around looking for people to help rather than customers walking around looking for somebody to help them.

Bed bath and beyond is my favorite store. The cashier at this particular one today was wonderful but I personally think the manager needs to work on her attitude 🤷

This place has an incredible selection. It would be even more amazing of things werent so crammed in. I feel like I would need a couple of days to see the layers of product under the surface.

Awesome store, first time Id been in it. They carry a lot of items you see on tv ads some lower priced then tv plus a whole lot more then youd expect from a Bed & Bath! A lot of unusual items you could give as gifts. Some things priced high but thats to be expected. Over all a neat store!

Nobody greeted me when I walked in. I walked aimlessly looking for what I wanted. Nobody helped me. Its not like they were busy, there were 2 other people in the store .I walked out, nobody said a word.
