If I could give zero stars I would’ve. I never leave reviews but I bought furniture from Canales almost an entire year ago and a few of the chest drawers for one of the chest I bought broke shortly after buying it and ever sense I’ve been trying to get a new one. It’s as if the drawers aren’t even meant for the chest because they’re too small. After numerous attempts of my own to get the chest replaced or given a refund my mother even tried and were still waiting… on top of being given the run around we’ve encountered some rude and arrogant staff who made it seem like I was lying about the drawers being broken.. Overall, I’ve had a terrible experience and this was my first and will be my last time shopping with them. 0/10 highly wouldn’t recommend.

Prices were great and the delivery service was excellent. The delivery team wore masks and made every effort to make the delivery process easy. They brought the furniture inside and unwrapped it and even asked me if they could set it up the way I wanted it. They were good about letting me know when they were coming and arrived on time. I would recommend them.

From the time I walked into the store to the time the delivery guys were leaving, everyone was extremely helpful and kind. I had found a couch but it was discontinued and they went out of their way to find something else similar in style,price, and color. I actually visited two of their stores and I was treated just as well at the second store. They not only answered all questions that I had they also sat and talked with me and made me feel like I was a friend or family. I checked prices at other stores and Canales was a better deal. I will be coming back whenever I need more furniture.

I got a great deal on a vanity/mirror set for half the price of others. Roxana did very well making everything easy. She was able to assist me with measurements and helped me get approved for credit. I got free delivery and it comes in time for my daughters birthday.Unfortunately I have to change my review. I was mislead and let down. I did not get the vanity in time for my birthday. I feel that I was blown off. I called and try to confirm delivery changes 2 days in a row. I understand dealing with an upset customer is not the greatest, but I would expect some idea of what could be done to make things right. Just more disappointed because I came up with the solution and was left hanging, not even knowing if the order was still going through. I left voicemail and messages for Roxana. I was either hung up on, told she was with a customer, or told she was on lunch break at 3:19 pm. Even though I left a message, she did not respond. I called back again today and fortunately Stephanie was able to assist me. She took my information and moments later she called me back to inform me that she spoke with the buyer and would be able to get it in sooner. She is the reason I keep the 5 star review. I’ll give kudos to Stephanie being optimistic that everything works out.Update! It was delivered the next day! The day after my daughters birthday and she was very happy! Thank you!

The service we received from Nadia at Cananles Furniture in Mansfield Texas was fantastic.She is very knowledgeable about the products they sell, as well as warranties offered. Nadia was very friendly, had a smile on her face when we walked in and greeted us with her friendly personality. Our furniture will be delivered in November and we cant wait to enjoy it. This was our second mattress purchase from the Mansfield location. Our first one lasted over 10 years. Their prices are unbelievable (in a good way)! I purchased a king size, 3 layer mattress and an adjustable base for under $2,000. Delivery was only a hundred, and it was scheduled for the very next day. The salesperson was very patient and gave us all of the information we needed. I highly recommend this store!

From the moment we went into Canales in Mansfield the customer service was excellent. We didnt purchase anything on our first visit because we were not for sure what we wanted. During that visit Freda assisted us concerning three bedroom sets. She was so sweet, patient and willing to help us. She is such a smart young lady. We informed her that we would be back on the following Saturday when she was at work because we wanted her to assit us with the final purchase. The following Saturday we purchase a bedroom set and Freda came through with excellence in helping us make our final purchase. The other employees were very kind to us and other customers that was in the store. I look for good customer service and the employees gave that. I will refer my friend and family to Canales. Im going to start by saying I spent the whole day last Sunday looking for furniture and we ended up at Canales Furniture. My sales person is Yulma. I really enjoyed the time I spent with her she was extremely knowledgeable all I had to do was tell her what I was looking for and who it was for and what age they were. Yulma was able to help me pick out exactly what we needed Im extremely grateful to her. The next time I need furniture Im going right back to Yulma.Not only is she intelligent shes also beautiful and I just enjoyed the time we spent together.

We were very pleased with the customer service we received at Canales Furniture in Mansfield. They were very helpful and the process was complete pretty quickly. They were able to get our furniture delivered next day and the delivery team of Jesus and Javier were great as well. They were at our home when they said they’d be and had our living room set up in less than 30 minutes.

I was able to place my order on line being that we are in a stay home in place and was contacted immediately the selection I ordered was not available My first reaction was to cancel but the representative Naydelin was very helpful in helping me find something similar to what I originally wanted and even better at a lower price. If you are willing to sacrifice integrity, professionalism, and customer service for a couple dollars, this is your place. I would never give this “business” my time, money, or recommendation again. In June of ’18 I shopped Canales online for 2 nightstands totaling around $230 total. Upon checking out I noticed they were charging $80 for delivery and $80 for installation. Why would I spend an additional 70% of my purchase for this? I called the Mansfield Canales location and spoke with a lady who told me to come into the store and I would get a “deal” on delivery/installation.After I left the store, I called to get the names of the employees I dealt with. The manager gave me Rudolf’s (supervisor) number who I called right away and explained this whole situation. He was extremely polite, apologized profusely for my negative experience, expressed how embarrassed he was and offered to make this right. He asked if I could come to the Ft. Worth location where he would be working for the next few days and he would stand behind the $0 delivery I was promised and he would give me EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT (never gave me a percentage) on the nightstands and would “take care of me”. I was not to worry. 2 days later, my mother and I drive 35 minutes to meet Rudolf at the Ft. Worth location. He again apologized about my negative experience in Mansfield. As he rung me up, he made no mention of the discount promised over the phone. I reminded him that I was told $0 for delivery as well as the employee discount. His paused and said he would give me 5% off. I was like, “oh is that all your employees get?” He then said he would give my mom 5% off a future purchase, saying, “Don’t you want your mom to have a discount?” I was confused and getting more frustrated, as the initially pleasant manager was now turning into a scam artist. He seemed irritated and said I could take it or leave it and that he would NOT go lower than that, as the item was already discounted from the manufacturer’s price. He then said he would take 30% off the SUGGESTED RETAIL price of the item, which was $80 more than the advertised price? I’m like huh? Are you not going to stand by what you said over the phone? His body language started to change, he became argumentative as he said I was raising my voice and this would not be tolerated. His mouth started quivering as if he could have started to lose his temper at any moment. He then turned to my mother to reason his excuses. I told him she was not the one purchasing the items, to which he responded, “No, but she is the more comprehensive one”. At this point, I toid him I understood why the ratings were avg. 1 star and I left.I would have easily purchased the nightstands with no discount had I not been tricked into coming to the store. This review is about the principle. I would pay 2X more to be treated with dignity and class. Please be careful!!

Looked all over Arlington for a sectional couch. When I entered Canales, I was greeted and treated very well. I chose to purchase furniture here due to the friendliness of the staff and the prices. I will defiantly purchase from this store again.
