I have been shopping online for years but recently customer service is horrible!! I was so excited for the semi annual sale and ordered lots of hand soaps. 2 of my 10 arrived damaged so I asked for a replacement and they sent me a refund! Next where are my other 8 soaps??? Customer service said they are on their way! Nope these are not arriving because the box is damaged and never made it to my house! Have called several times and it’s hard enough to understand the people on the other end of the phone and all they can say is call back in 2 days!!! Well… still no soaps or refund!! Very disappointing!

Got the sleep black chamomile lotion and it knocks me and my husband out in 10 minutes after I apply it. And we sleep great. Love that stuff. I hope they have a candle version. I will definitely buy the whole set. Love this store.

Ive been a consistent, if not frequent, shopper of this exact store for almost ten years, and while I always love their scents, their prices really are completely out of control. I remember when those 1 oz. hand creams were $5, which was bad enough, but now theyre $6.50. Their coupons were the only reason I could afford to splurge now and again, but the last time I was there, the girl who rang me up told me that none of my items (from the display clearly labeled buy 2 get 1 free) were eligible for that promotion, and proceeded to throw my free gift coupon in the trashcan. I spent more than double what I meant to on that trip because I was in a hurry and didnt want to argue. They discontinued my favorite hand sanitizer (a vanilla latte scent,) and their always-friendly sales pitch has become uncomfortably aggressive (why do you need TWO greeters at the entrance at all times, plus two or three employees wandering the store? Its not a big enough space to need THAT much surveillance!) As much as I love their products, mostly the fall line, I cant keep paying more for purely non-essentials than I do to fill my gas tank.

Clean, neat and friendly staff. I shop here once a week!! They keep stock on a lot of products that they dont have online. Always greeted upon arrival. They do ask finding everything okay 5 more times than what they should lol but i get it. Overall favorite store in the mall!

Good as always, but to be 100% honest the early 20s girl employees, around my age, you can tell has hardly have any experiance in customer service. There was only one lady that was the most helpful that was older 20s-30s and she was the only one who was helpful to everyone while the early 20 year olds sat against the wall and just watched her work and organize all displays! So 4 stars for good displays, the customer service from the only lady who helped and communicating with us and -1 star due to the rest of the employees not helping and just watching her do all the work!

Just called the Mansfield Ohio store at 10:22 this morning to ask if they carried the 5 Packs of hand soap in the store ( they do not unfortunately) and also to ask about combining coupon offers. He was very helpful and I appreciated the time he took to fully answer my questions. Having worked in retail myself, I know how hard it is to wait on costumers and answer the phones too. Great Job!!!

They have very poor customer service!!! I ordered over $40.00 worth of products, and put in the promo code for it. Once the order was placed it came back that one of my items was no longer available so I said ok. So I was going to choose something else. So that my total was back up to the $40.00 to qualify for free sipping however the order went thought without the changes. So I called customer service with this issue, when she informed me that she couldn’t cancel the order or add anything to it🙄 so I would just have to wait until I receive the order and call back in and they may be able to refund shipping at that time. Seriously you can’t fix it over the phone? And they “might” be able to adjust it later?!?! *Very unhappy customer* all over $5.99 shipping that could very easily been fixed with a push of a button! 😡 come on Bath & Body Work!

Well Ive been going there for years and have YET to receive an email for any coupons. Also, the lady workers look at me and just turn around and never help with anything like they do with other ladies. Idk why but when I purchase $50+ of merchandise and they ask who helped me... NOBODY!!!
