I was treated so rudely by them. If you dont like your job or hate your life find a new one dont take it out on people you dont even know. If you want to be treated with respect do not go here.

No second guessing your doctors choice of medicine. I tried to fill some of my prescriptions with Rite Aid and was not happy with the red flag on their computer and they are not doctors and they have no idea what type of medical care I need to live without having difficulty getting through the day. Bravo to Wallgreens for giving me my medicine on time to help me get through my difficulty with various things that diminish my living situation without having the necessary medicine to live an efficient daily life. Pleased with their help and understanding of my problems.

Great overall positive envoronment

Josh in the pharmacy located at Park Ave W & Trimble Rd is a sarcastic unprofessional. I received a text message that my Rx was ready for pickup. I arrived at the pharmacy drive thru pick up window to find a sign that said the entire pharmacy was closed for cleaning/disinfecting. So I was not able to get it after a trip to the store. I phoned today BEFORE I made another trip just to be sure they were open. After being placed on hold for over 5 minutes, I phoned them back. I finally reached Josh to whom I explained my last attempt to get my Rx. I stated I was calling to make sure they were open to which he replied if we werent open I wouldnt be answering the phone. I find this smart comment completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. I will be changing my pharmacy - I appreciate QUALITY SERVICE - NOT SARCASM.Tina M. - Mansfield, OH

Fabulous, patient centered customer service. Although DrugMart is my policys preferred provider they refused to order the specific generic I had been using. I use Walgreens and there is little difference in cost but lots of difference in caring.
