Mansfield is literally Not ready for an establishment of such high caliber!! I cant believe what this place has to offer!! Hes thought of Everything!! My wife Mahmoodia absolutely loved this place as it had everything she needed for her hair. The employee named Gandalf needs a raise and a paid vacation cause his work was absolutely superb. I loved it so much I recommended it to my entire family

I was disappointed my last two visits. I had expired products, which they replaced it, but then they raised their prices for all the products and doubled the price of hair. Its not for the neighborhood like they say..its a money thing. They dont really care about the customers.

Found this store near downtown Mansfield. I forgot to bring a lot of my hair supplies with me during our trip. I visited this beauty supply and found everything I needed and some! This store has everything! I even found a cute pair of cross earrings that I received compliments on from the time I arrived at our event, until I left the building! The gentleman who works there went out of his way to help me and provided such great customer Care! It’s clear that the customer is truly valued, when shopping at this store. I never made it inside whoever was suppose to open the store was late, they open at ten and i waited until 10:30, I wont go there again, if this is how the business opening is I cant image the customer service. To clarify the day I went was on a Tuesday about 3 weeks ago not on mothers day. you know what, you are right I should have been more clear, Im gona up it to a 2 star because at least you took the time to respond and the flag on the play was hilarious but now I gotta lose a time out, sad face lol next time i need something Ill slide through and give it a try

I used to come here a lot but I went in today and trying to buy hair and the two guys in the store weren’t very nice. One guy had his back turned to me while I was talking the other was on his laptop. I asked if they had a something in a different color the guy said no without even asking me which one. They have great hair at this store but the customer service is awful. Went to a different store and they had me in and out in a few minutes. Disappointed in Diamond beauty honestly.

Very unprofessional business. The door time to open says 10 am as well as the website. I waited outside for thirty minutes until they finally came and opened the store. The return policy is a rip off. If I have my receipt and try to return it within 24 hours there should be no reason why I can’t return it and get my money back and not have to exchange it for some other hair I do NOT need. Will not be returning for service.
