Brianna helped my husband and I find the perfect mattress for our camper, after going online and not having any luck finding a Mattress we were lucky to be able to find one at mattress firm. Got a mattress here recently and the lady who helped us was super nice! We showed up late because I left my phone somewhere and had to go get it. She stayed and helped us even when she should have been closing. I also got a pillow after looking at some of her recommended ones. Over all, it was a fun experience and itll be another 6 years or more till we need another one :).

I did my research. I knew what I was looking for. Salesperson was fairly knowledgeable. First thing I was told..when I asked about the free base... Was that they were junk and salesperson could take the price of the free base and deduct it from the base I got. That never happened. I wanted to believe salesperson was true to their word. I didnt realize it until after the fact. Now..Im sure they will do nothing. So Im just out the few hundred bucks. And I knew the hybrids were better for me. More support for back issues and weight. Salesperson didnt mention hybrid once I said I liked the memory foam. So, I went home, did more reading, and changed my order. Not to mention, I sleep hot, so the coils are much better for air circulation.Overall, fairly disappointed. Will drive the extra miles to another location next time. I probably should have this time. Sigh. Too late now.

This was a great experience buying a bed after requesting a refund for my purchase from another mattress store in town. My salesperson was patient as I tried and re-tried several beds. I will definitely use Mattress Firm again and I should have used them first this time!

We were in the market for a queen mattress and had been shopping for a few days online and the brick and mortar stores. Mattress Firm, was the last stop of three other mattress locations and Ed, was beyond nice. He made us feel comfortable and explained not just the comfort levels but also how a good nights sleep will not happen with bad posture from a poor quality mattress. I tried several mattresses and found one I liked. This was my first time buying a mattress. Brianna Sifferlin was very helpful! When I first when in I thought I wanted a firm mattress but she helped me figure out that I prefer more plush mattresses. She also helped me with financing it. Originally I wanted to pay out of pocket but she persuaded me to finance so I had money if any surprise problems popped up! Overall she was very professional and helpful!

We walked in and looked around for a bit, and was greeted by Bri shortly after. She walked us though all of the different types of beds. She introduced us to the adjustable bed frames and was very knowledgeable of the products. We gave her a budget we needed to stay within and she did everything she could to keep us in that area. After all was said and done, we ended up with a mattress way outside of our budget WITH an adjustable frame AND 2 cooling pillows... and get this, the final cost was within our budget window. She is a fantastic sales woman and just a good person in general. I highly recommend working with Bri if youre looking for a bed. She will get you what you need, in the price range you want. And I typically do not leave reviews for anything!
