Normally I have very good service at the station, but today not so much. I come in asking for a carton of cigarettes and she immediately told me no because they didn’t have any, so instead of offering me single packs instead I had to ask for them and again she tells me no very upbruptly because They only have eight packs, And then She proceeds to say and I’ll bet you’re going to take them all. I said yes. I have never been treated so rudely at this particular gas station before. I am very disappointed in your employee named Rosetta, she needs to learn customer service.
