Cashier with neon green hair was very unpleasant. First she asked to see my ID which is unusual because she should have asked to see my membership card instead .. I showed her my membership card. I asked if I could open a framar scale box to see the actual size of it. She grabbed the box from my hand and said, “it’s that big”pointing the box. I was still unsure of the size so I asked if she could please open it when she opened it the scale was about 2.5 inches smaller on each corner compared to the box.. I said “that’s a good size I’ll take it.” Then she said, “that’s why I pointed at the box” in a harsh I told you so tone. I definitely will not be coming back to this store! Very rude, Very Unpleasant! Cosmoprof please do better!

The 2 women working were rude and completely distracted with their personal life and gossiping. I literally stood at the register looking at them waiting for several minutes til they were done. Then one finally asked if I was ready to check out but not before acting as though I was inconveniencing her. This behavior is becoming more the norm at this location.
