In May I bought a couch and a headboard for a total of $2,100.00. I initially came there with cash and one of the employees told me i could take advantage of interest free financing for 6 months but they contract with another company so i would be in contact from them after my purchase. I decided to take that route and it was through Snap Finance. The gentleman at Legacy Furniture Gallery ran my credit card for $500 and said snap will deduct $200 payments every 2 weeks and i was okay with that. 1 month goes by and $408.32 gets deducted, i was okay with it as my assumption was right, looks like it will be monthly payments. After 5 months my merchandise was paid off so i assumed i wouldnt be hit with the interest since it was interest free for 6 months. It was my fault for not catching it sooner but on month 11 i realized this company has taken ongoing payments from my account 6 additional times (additional $2,449.92) totaling to $4,549.92, not including the $500 they ran at Legacy Furniture Gallery. I called Snap finance and tried to get a refund and to sum up the entire story, Snap Finance said i electronically signed for a 12 month commitment! Why on earth would i sign up for 12 months to pay over $5300 for something that was only worth $2100 especially when i came there with CASH! Also, i must also say that these were bought during the COVID pandemic so i wasnt able to receive any paperwork just sign electronically. End result is Snap Finance claims whats done is done and they cannot help me as once they get an electronic signature on the contract, there is no going back as the contract says 12 months on there. They send it by email and once you electronically sign, its done. Well guess what, on the contract its the wrong email address on there so someone had to electronically sign for this!!?? I contacted Legacy Furniture Gallery and spoke with the manager and he told me he cannot help me out, said that i needed to cancel before the 3rd month and pay in full for contract not to exceed to 12 months. I said i never was given any of this information from the employee that assisted me and guess what, that person doesnt work there anymore and he is the one who provided my email info to Snap Finance in the first place! The manager said he sorry and wishes he can do more and will try to contact snap finance and reach back out to me - its been months and i never heard back. I am now responsible to pay the full $5500 for my purchase that was only $2100. (never ever missed a payment or was late, it was taken ACH). I disputed with my bank and got a credit for $1200 and the claim did not go in my favor due to the contract in file with the wrong email. They took the $1200 back from my bank. I blocked Snap Finance from future payments and owe an outstanding balance of $900 + dollars as they already took $4900 from my bank account. I now am in debt, my credit has been affected and pretty much $2800 has been taken from my account after my merchandise was paid in full. I will never ever purchase from this store ever again or use snap finance. I had a great experience with progressive leasing but this is theft and bad business on both parties. The $500 that was ran in the store on my CC may have been an employee bonus as that was not accounted for on the billing from snap! Another thing, the 2 men who delivered my merchandise, smelled like marijuana and did not wear masks at all. Please take your business elsewhere unless you want to be SCAMMED.

I purchased a dining room with a China cabinet and they delivered a China cabinet with a broken door. I donated to them a brand new beautiful table and chairs to one of their staff out of the genuineness of my heart as well. They have promised to fix the door but for now 3 months later still no help. I call and they don’t respond but ignore my call.I am appalled that they would treat me this way after how I have shown nothing but kindness to them. As a customer I am very displeased. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Very displeased. Be careful.

Greet me nicely, answered all questions doubts respectfully and gave me lot of options for what i was looking for and let me tell you he is very honest person and sell you everything at very genuine price with very low delivery price rate . definately checkout the furniture there great quality.

Beautiful selection of furniture. I will have to go back when I have more than 10 minutes to browse. Theyre friendly, but not overly clingy and pushy, like some furniture stores Ive been to in the past.

Minn the salesman was courteous, knowledgeable and most helpful. We did not see a dining room table that would accommodate all our family, so he asked us to give him some time. He came back to us with the perfect table with chairs. I am glad we decided to go to a local business and not some corporate store. It pays to support local businesses. Will shop there again!

Do not get furniture from this place. Been talking with the manager Allen for almost 4 months now trying to get an Ashley sofa replaced that broke within a week of having it; was accused of jumping on the sofa over the phone. They continue to give me the run around saying that a replacement sofa is on back order; each time I call they say it will arrive in another month. While waiting for the replacement, Allen offered to take the sofa back to have it fixed; the employee who took the sofa estimated that it would be about a week to have fixed. 2 weeks later, I had to be the one to reach out just for Allen to say that the sofa was not yet fixed but that he would get someone on it first thing Monday. When the sofa arrived, the back frame was still broken. When I called for an ETA on the replacement sofa, Allen continued to say it would be another month and that the current sofa was repaired by them; they had inspected the sofa and only needed the bottom tightened. I reminded him that the back frame was broken and Allen admitted that it was unrepairable. All my fiancé and I want is for the sofa to be replaced under its limited warranty. I will continue to reach out to Allen but if it is a lost cause, maybe the BBB might provide guidance on how I proceed with this broken sofa.

Some of the staff was friendly at time of purchase but I have been dealing with them for over 2 years to try and get my couch cushions repaired properly. Extremely rude and do not communicate at all. They have had my cushions for over 2 months now for the second time and say its not thier fault. Not enough space here to tell you how terrible the experience has been.

I have been shopping here (aka American Furniture) for over 20 years and I can tell you, Allen knows his stuff. He is reasonable and fair. He will tell you when buying furniture if it will fit your family or not.I know having kids, you need something that will last - and he directed each time to the right fit. Give him try.

So yes they have a wide collection but honestly look on Amazon.When something isnt right they dont help.They already have your money and thats the goal, customer service is well go somewhere else we dont have time to look up your receipt quoted from the owner this morning.Spent $1300 on three items and one is defective and the drawers fall open on their owns just really sad places that could be amazing settle to be trash.Never again.Id rather spend 1/8th at an IKEA then deal with these people again!
