Rep. Luis was professional, helpful and has a very nice personality. Had a bit of a wait but was because of Covid and he was also very busy with a customer. He did recognize I was waiting and told me he would get to me as soon as he was finished. He apologized for the wait and helped me right away. He is a very good AT&T employee. Thank u Luis

I was told after complaining about slow Apple ID identification that my phone would finish updating at home. 4 hours later I was frustrated and rebooted it after which it initiated the process from the beginning and 2 hours later I finally had a functional phone. Salesman also forgot to explain the new iPhone 12 charging cord or offer an adapter which it needs in order to recharge it. The Apple website was helpful. I would have been better off doing everything online.

At 4 pm on Sunday, I walked in and saw a family being helped by an At&T representative. We were told someone would be out to help us. We waited 25 minutes and no one came out to help therefore we left. I would advise this store to have at least two employees to be working instead of one.

They really need to spruce up the manners on how to greet and treat the customer. Totally unhelpful front two ladies. Huge difference between actual at&t store and such small independent stores.
