Cricket Manteca has amazing customer service, the store is always clean and spotless, and they carry great phones at great prices. Why someone would go somewhere else is beyond me. Cricket keeps it simple. Simple and good.

Honestly they are just so amazing! They help you with so many questions and they have patience, I’ve had bad experience with phone carriers before but never with them! Also so informative about what they are providing you with. Also they know what they’re talking about! They have good customer service skills as well as with there phone coverages! Never go wrong with them. I have been a member for years and I can only say is that I got my whole family into this carrier because of how much I loved it! I can’t express how good they are in words. Themselves prove you when they assist you with your questions or concerns. They show how much they care about there costumers!

A “$25 restocking fee”? For an exchange/return. Let me tell ya. My family will not be returning. I called the the Cricket store on Main St. and they told me they never even heard of such a thing and that Cricket Wireless does not charge a “restocking fee”. Lost my business and I do not want to be contacted about my decision to not do business here anymore. Ratas.

Super helpful and froendly

Ive been with them for three years thats about to come to an end people in the store super nice and very helpful. Cricket/AT&T, theyre about as honest and charming as Hillary Clinton other words, I paid my bill on time like always and spent $400 on a new phone and accessories 2 days later they shut me off because they forgot to charge me $0.47 thats a no-go.
