They are great to me. Ive been a customer for 15 years. I dont stay with a company that long if Im not getting good service.

Had purchased a new phone in Texas was assured that if i had any reason wouldnt have no problems with returns. I was told that all i had to do when i get to cali just have my # changed to a local one, neglected to tell me that it would cost $15 due right away, then i tried to return it met all the policies less then hour talk time in its original pkg.ect. thy said that i would have to return it to the store i made the purchase. Thats in lubbock Tx. There nothing they could do. Kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. For metro in tracy and lubbock.
