While the store sales person were good but the installer got attitude. Its not the old days where the father and son do the installation. Ill probably just ordered somewhere next time or Amazon and have it myself assembled. I don;t want to deal with people who had bad attitudes. They have to train these people on customer service.

I have bought all of my mattresses here for the last 18 years. All 3 of my kids have gotten their mattresses here including bunk beds. Different mattresses through a divorce, moving to different places, and another new mattress when we eventually reconciled.Steve and Mike are both stand up guys that I can vouch for from experience. The other employees I cant say too much about beyond the delivery drivers always being polite and professional.Today we just bought a new adjustable bed because my work is destroying my knees and I have terrible heartburn so... hopefully this helps!
