He helped us with a bad car battery by testing it and then recommended a great replacement. When they didn’t have the one we wanted in stock, he price matched another, a better, battery so we could get back on the road ASAP. 100% would recommend going to this location so you get things done right!! Greeted immediately by a helpful employee who was able to find exactly what I needed. He even grabbed it right off the shelf and rang me up, meaning I was in and out in less than 5 minutes with what I needed.

A man named Josh T helped me and my 8 yr old son I needed my turning signal put in with out hesitation he first said Politely yes after I help these people then popped it right in my blinker is working and these guys dont even get paid for Labor just the kindness of their hearts and the JOB they love doing thanks Josh again and thanks be to God for this gentleman and to AutoZone.

Bought new brakes and rotors from autozone. Staff was friendly but the parts are terrible. Have squeaked since installed but feel if I go back they wont make it right anways. Stick with Oreillys

When Matt at Autozone in Maple Grove asked us to watch our kid( 1 1/2 years old ) because he picked up a couple of things on the bottom shelf and he was going to have to reorganize them or one might spray him if he dropped it from the 8 inches above the ground he was holding it we walked out without buying any of the $50+ dollars in detailing supplies we were planning on buying for our 2 brand new vehicles. Thanks autozone, another win for in person retail when everything you sell is also available cheaper online.

Poor managed. Manager plays favorites. The store is clean and well stocked but it is clear the employees are not happy.

Their posted hours state that they are supposed be open at 9 AM on Sunday, but when I arrive at 9:30 AM The store is still locked up and dark. They have the parts that I ordered and I am currently waiting on.

I ran into an issue when I purchased a bottle of petroleum based fuel injector cleaner which had a broken seal. Long story short half the bottle seeped through the cap which was loose and into my fabric seats. I didn’t expect it to leak so it never crossed my mind to double check the bottle. I’ve never had this issue before either.Well I got ahold of the store manager and regional manager which they are going to take care of me which has been very fast and professional.I’ll be getting my car interior thoroughly cleaned and they’re covering the cost. That is very nice and appreciate considering what happened. This company overall seems to care about their customers!

Came in for a headlight. Dude looked it up. Somehow he gave me the wrong bulb. No idea what car the bulb Is for. Idk how you can mess that up when the computer tells you what to grab.

My battery failed their parking lot (I had just put the replacement in the car). Of course, I had. No tools. Mike K spent some time looking for and finding some tools, and I gave it a try. I was going to call a tow after returning the tools. Andrew offered to take a look. He then went back in, got his tool kit and came and did the replacement. This is above and beyond service. I am mildly mechanical, but obviously frustrated. He figured it out and did the job quickly. I know where I am parts in the future, thanks to Mike and Andrew.

I needed to purchase a new bulb for my headlight and Christian was SUPER helpful and friendly. He showed me exactly what was needed and put that light in for me in about 10 seconds! HIGHLY recommend!!

Good clean auto parts store in Maple Grove. Easy access and good parking. It might be the only auto parts store in Maple Grove. Prices can be a little high at times compared to online, and selection is sometimes limited, but if you need a part NOW, its a great option. Nice, helpful staff that Ive met so far. Ill definitely be back when I need a part right away.

My car was misfiring, so I brought her in to utilize their free check engine code services. Not only did the reader not say what cylinder it was, they didnt even have the coil packs in I needed. The staff is only as usefull as their tools allow them to be!

They may not always have every part but the people here are always pleasant and helpful.

My check engine light was on so I stopped there without an appointment. My daughter had recommended them. A VERY nice young man asked if he could help me. Told him my problem and he went right out to my car and ran a check on it. He told me sometimes it is that the gas cap isnt tightened enough. Sure enough... that was it. I asked what I owed him and he said nothing. Said they were glad they could help. I would gladly go back there. SO VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.

They have all the part and accessories for my car. They had the right tips of what to do when my car needed a new fan.

The staff is knowledgeable but the man that helped me wasnt all that personable... he was kind of rude. But they have the parts and know their stuff, but their customer service is meh.

The person was at the register did not want to assist me with my purchase. I asked him which antifreeze should be used for my car and he told me that he had no idea. I went back to the back and tried to look for myself and the person who was mopping the floors decided to assist me. While I was glad to receive his help I was really disappointed that the person who was at the register and in the role of customer service was so snotty and condescending. I will not be going to this particular AutoZone again. Its not my regular AutoZone. I usually go to the AutoZone in Brooklyn Park but this AutoZone in Maple Grove is closer to my home and I thought I would give it a try but never again.

Lots of options for oil and filter brands, but not the right sizes for my vehicles... Only have to wait a day to get 5he right size from the central warehouse, but at that point, I can order from Amazon...

Bad customer service. Went in on 2/26/19 at approximately 6pm. Walked in and waited for help. Waiting for little blonde kid to get done helping a customer. When little blonde kid finished I walked up to him asking him to look up my lug nut size for my tires. With a lazy face expression, he paused then said their system can’t find out that kind of information. He then pointed me towards the socket and wrench isle. After that I just left, didn’t want to do business with a place that hires lazy people. I then went to autozone in Blaine and asked them the same question, and what do you know, the guy at the Blaine location found my lugnut size right away. My advice, stay away from autozone maplegrove. Little blonde lazy kid working there. If you have to go there, avoid that dumb kid.

Writing this from 3rd accessory port I just discovered in my car. First 2 had blown fuses. I could locate everything but owners manual. Ah I know autozone is close.. So I wait in line with a thing of shop towels hoping the dude behind counter could quickly look up or tell me fuse number for accessory/lighter ouets. Having got fuses the night before even the Walmart associate pulled out his phone to help determine type.Auto zone guy says : we have no way of knowing fuse number.Me: u cant Google it?Him: cant you.Me: if I could charge my phone I wouldHim:Last time I will give them a cent. With the internet and Walmart taking over only way these places attract and keep customers is usually answers like the one I was looking for.
