Seriously, great selection for many unique home decor, dishes, glassware, food products, seasonal decorations, etc. Furniture appears to made well. I purchased a small, blue rocking chair. Perfect size for petite women. Im not a feather weight but seems to be sturdy. Obviously, a rather large person shouldnt be sitting in it.The manager on duty was very helpful. The nuts and bolts werent tight enough. He tightened and loaded into my car. Very professional and kind.I definitely will be shopping here for more goodies ☺

When it comes to home decor, theres very few places that have unique and low-cost items like Home Goods.The stores are reasonably well laid out, aisles are somewhat narrow, but easily navigable.We really like going here for linens and towels, but they have a robust utensil section and seasonal sections too.

My coworker and I were assigned to making gift baskets for our colleagues. We found so much stuff and all perfect prices for our budget.. The best part of our trip was how helpful the manager, Dave was. It had started downpouring and my collegue and I had literally $1000 worth of stuff to load in our car. Dave gave me an umbrella and told me to pull my car up. He then proceeded to help us load my vehicle. We were so grateful ad I have a really bad lower back. What a wonderful experience.

Its been 3 years since Ive been in a HomeGoods store and was happy to see they still carry amazing the stock. I bought two bathroom rugs for 7.99 and 9.99 the latter by Kate Spade. The only cashier on site was pleasant and very helpful.

Good variety of household items specially cooking, bedding, bathroom and decor. Reasonable prices. With luck you can also find some interesting unusual spice blends, cooking oils and seasoning.

I purchased a couch from this HomeGoods about a week ago and didn’t have a vehicle to transport it so I opted to use their (out-sourced) delivery option. Upon arrival, the sofa I had ordered was visibly damaged/torn.I reached out to HomeGoods immediately, unsure of how this could get resolved as I knew the sofa left HomeGoods in good condition and was ultimately damaged by the delivery company. I was lucky to have gotten connected with (Manager) Erin who has provided me with nothing short of an amazing customer service experience. I explained what had happened and Erin not only listened to my frustrations but also expressed empathy to my situation (not knowing if they would be able to locate a replacement sofa as HomeGoods merchandise is generally sporadic) Erin asked that I send her photos and she would pass them along to their district manager and contact me soon with what they came up with for a solution. In the meantime, Erin said she would call around to other HomeGoods store to see if they had the sofa in stock. I will be honest, I wasn’t holding my breath that they would be able to find one because, again, inventory can be sporadic.Sure enough, the next day Erin called me with a couple options and informed me that she was actually able to track down the sofa at a store in a neighboring suburb! I was truly impressed by Erin’s follow up and the fact that she went out of her way to actually call these stores and locate a new sofa for me. I will be returning to HomeGoods time and time again as they stick by their merchandise and their word - as was proven by Erin. I cannot say enough good things. Thank you again.

Wait time was insane food check out. People weren’t social distancing in line. There are several people at the front door but they wouldn’t correct people that weren’t wearing masks or had the mask under their nose.

I requested assistance in getting a piece of furniture I had just purchased into my vehicle (a service HomeGoods offers). There was only one, fairly young, associate available. She requested assistance from the manager, but the manager was busy and couldnt help. The younger girl didnt really know what she was doing and ended up shoving and wedging the furniture into my car enough that it scratched the door, our leather seats and the ceiling, and broke my newly purchased furniture.The ONLY reason I am giving this particular store 1 star is because the manager and HomeGoods corporate handled the situation well. Manager had me fill out a report, and now HomeGoods will be covering the costs to fix the damage. She also refunded the furniture that I purchased due to the damage that occurred. My recommendation? HomeGoods is a good store, but this location needs MAJOR HELP. I would avoid it.

Items without price and things not in good shape and Manager did it even take a look and wasnt willing to give me at least 10% off .

This is a really cool place to find decorative house items. The price point is reasonable, and you can find some good deals on clearance. Wide variety ranging from bath, to organization, to work place items, to even pet supplies. This is the place I go to see what new/trendy and if I need a gift for someone!

I will NEVER shop at this HomeGoods location again. The assistant manager, Kathy was absolutely terrible. She said she couldn’t redo the transaction because it was too difficult.. even though it was her wrongdoing. The problem was never fixed and she was extremely passive and disrespectful. Also, I was overly pressured about their rewards program.. not once was I told that it was a credit card.

Great location for large furniture. I just wish all matching pieces were grouped together or somewhat together. I had a hard time telling if there were matching pieces to items. (Coffee table, end table, sofa tables..) I also noticed many pieces with visible damage not discounted and shown on the direct sales floor as if they were perfect pieces.

I wish I could post negative stars! This was by far the absolute worst checkout experience ever! Multiple staff behind the counter standing around, 2 registers open with the slowest cashiers ever, at least 15 people in line and we waited 25 minutes before finally checking out with a slow, rude, snippy cashier. Dont go here ever!!

I went here to return a defective pair of sheets. I washed them, as you are supposed to with new sheets and attempted to put the fitted sheet on my bed only to have the elastic snap. This was the first time I had washed them. When I purchased them they asked for an email and phone number. I never received the email receipt and had lost the paper copy. The manager was beyond rude to me and straight up lied to my face. He said he was unable to do a no receipt return as the computer would not allow it. I walked outside and call the Plymouth location and explained the situation to them and they tell me to come there and they will help me with my return no problems. I cannot believe how disrespectful the manager at maple grove homegoods was, but am beyond grateful for the Plymouth one. I will no longer be shopping here.

Did a return without receipt for $76 and the manager was rude and said they arent target. Which is kinda funny since we have their credit card but they cant search their system like target. We spend thousands here, So calm down.

Place is really fun to walk around and look. Everything is organized well into sections and the staff dont walk up and preemptively ask you if you need help. Prices are low.

Cool place

Purchased an item that was clearly damaged. It was the only one they had and exactly what I was looking for so I asked the cashier if there was anything they could do. She called a manager up by the name of Kathy(?) Who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She also made it very clear she was bothered that she even had to come up to help. She said thats how they received the item and thats how they are going to sell it and the price tag will stay as is. I was kind of shocked and said seriously? She said Im serious and walked away. Apperently money is more important then customer satisfaction. I will not be returning here which Im kind of bummed about but not the first time I have recieved poor service here unfortunately. I use to work for this company and know thats not what is expected out of an employee especially, a manager. I did feel bad for the cashier...she looked really embarrassed.

Really enjoy checking this store out but it is really just organized chaos.

I called last night with a description, price and serial number of a side table. The person who answered said her manager confirmed it had been sold. Drove 30 minutes just to verify the next day and there were two right upfront.

This location of HomeGoods is my favorite. Great parking! The store is well organized and the flow is good from when you walk in. Other locations have a weird flow that I dont like.

They employees are very rude. And the manager is even more rude. I was there a few months ago and I had a return because it was damaged and the manager wouldnt return it. I went to another location and they took it back right away . I went back today to give them another chance and same thing . The manager refused to return an item I bought just days ago . But when I went to another location they took it back. And the manager was being very rude about it the whole process. I will never go back to this one
