So very happy with our tile backsplash! We have used Grand Design Floors for our last 2 kitchen remodels. Both times we had great results. They have a huge collection of beautiful tile choices and are able to get stock in very quickly. Albert, the installer was extremely detailed and very conscientious in his work. He exceeded our expectations. Would definitely use Grand Design Floors for any future needs.

My carpet was installed and professionally done in a short amount of time. I could not believe what a beautiful job after he was finished. He clean up everything after he was finished. I will definitely hire this company again to do my kitchen floors and bathroom - they did an exceptional job!!!

Our builder used Grand Design Flooring for all of the flooring in 2018. Our carpet is literally falling apart. We have called multiple times to have someone come look at the carpet to get it replaced as it is still under warranty. A claim has been filed with them several months ago but nobody has come out yet and when I call or go in to speak with someone, I am treated like a nuisance. I will never use this company or refer them to anyone.

They are wonderful to work with and help with selections and have very professional installers. Could not be happier with their top notch customer service.
